Vi betalar för uppvärmningen av poolen! Tyst och lugn men ändå minuter till lyxshopping, golfbanor, Mayo Hospital, Westworld, Kierland, Desert Ridge !!! Nära Phoenix Open (9 minuter) uppvärmd pool på ca 3/4 tunnland resort trädgård som backar till ett gemensamt område. Vedeldad spis, fristående spelrum med airhockey, foosboll, ping pong och täckt uteplats! Privat plats på en lugn återvändsgränd. (Ny A / C i Game Building 2017) Ingen trång känsla! Om du letar efter lite avkoppling på din semester, bör denna gård göra det. Njut av vindens ljud genom palmerna medan du fångar de varma solstrålarna! Det finns ett avtagbart staket för poolen vid behov. Granitbänkar och stort gårdsbord med plats för 8 precis vid bordet! Stora rummet har fyra klubbstolar, soffa kärleksstol och sektioner, stor skärm. Skuggig veranda och ett garage med två bilar. WiFi ingår. Bara 11 minuter till Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse Show och andra evenemang på West World. Enkel åtkomst till alla basebollträningsfält. A Truly Exceptional Stay – Beyond Expectations!The space itself was impeccably clean, stylish, and stocked with thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. Whether it was the cozy blankets and beds, the fully equipped kitchen, or the amazing pool (heated for free), every detail was carefully considered.The location was ideal, with easy access to all the must-see spots but still offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day. I loved being able to enjoy our morning coffee in the large backyard with such beautiful trees and the birds singing.It’s clear the host truly cares about providing an exceptional experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Can’t wait to come back!

Quiet and Convenient

Stayed at the house for about 5 days in late Spring. Was a nice quiet location. Easy to get to other places in the area. The house was nice for the stay. The pool was perfect. The kitchen functional. We would stay there again.

Heated Pool and Great Location

Easy check-in, excellent communication with owner, house is well appointed, spacious and close to grocery and restaurants. Scottsdale has great entertainment. The heated pool was comfortably warm and we spent a lot of time in and around it. We had a wonderful vacation.

Awesome Oasis

We had an Excellent family vacation & the house was a huge part of it. We went on a few fun outings ( baseball game, Grand Canyon, UTV ride, etc) but everyone loved coming “ home “ to hang out. Thank You, Janet for sharing this house with us.

Golf trip

The process to check was extremely easy and simple to use. Seven of us went down for the WMO and centrally located. Quick Uber/Lyft ride to the course or to Kierland Commons. Having a heated pool was a luxury

Perfect property for holiday family get together

We had 6 adults, two dogs, and 3 local family with dog that were daily visitors. The property is huge and everyone could spread out and be comfortable. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating options. Guys could watch football inside, others could play games at the table outside. The ping pong in game room was a hit with the young adults. The weather was perfect for Thanksgiving dinner outside. Kitchen equipped well, though better lighting would help with cooking. We all loved our stay here and would stay again. The host is super fast at responding to any issues.

Family Vacation

Our family of 8 all stayed together at this house while visiting our extended family in PHX. Having 4 bedrooms with 4 couples was a perfect fit! The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Great outdoor activities with the pool and game room. We had minor issues with the AC, but Janet was quick to call for service. We will book again our next trip!

First retirement trip

Stayed for five weeks. House is rustic but comfortable. This was perfect for us with two dogs and some younger kids visiting. Yard and pool are fabulous. Location is ideal for getting around the city. Hosts were also attentive if asked for anything. This property would also be perfect for a foursome golf trip.

Private Spacious Property with Fun Amenities

I absolutely loved our stay at this nice private home at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our young boys were thoroughly entertained with the pool, outdoor games and seperate game room there. For me the location was very central to shopping, restaurants and the like. And if we didn't feel like going out, the well stocked kitchen made it easy and convenient to prepare family meals. All and all, it is a very fun and comfortable place to be when in the Phoenix area. Highly recommend!

Great property

Our family was in Phoenix on vacation with my eldest son who lives there. The property was super clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, fully stocked with many extras.We never ran out of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent or any of those things you have readily on hand . It felt like home away from home.As described there is a game room with table tennis , fooseball and air hockey and a putting green outside which the big kids/young adults love. Inside there is also board games and local reading material. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool and grilling . In the early morning sitting outside we saw numerous types of birds and a couple of cotton tail bunnies. The pool was refreshingly cool in the hundred degree heat .There is a pool cleaner that you have to dodge which I could see may be an issue with young children.The area is quiet and safe . There is a nice outside mall - Desert Ridge within a couple of miles with bars and restaurants .Within about an hour drive we enjoyed :kayaking Salt river,an ATV tour in the desert,hiking in the Superstition Mountains. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay again in the future.

Spring Break with the Grandkids

Nice & quiet neighborhood with shopping close by. Plenty of room for seven of us to enjoy inside & outside. Game room was a big hit as was the pool. Had a pool heater issue that Janet had fixed super quick. The kids were convinced the Easter Bunny wouldn't come because they were not at home. He found them of course & had a huge backyard to hide fake eggs. They were ecstatic & shocked! So much fun together in a great house & property.

Great place!

We took 6 teens for their senior spring break. It had everything we needed - pool, game room, and plenty of space. Loved that the kitchen table held all 8 of us. We enjoyed the firepit too. Beds were comfortable and we had enough towels and cooking utensils. Kids were a bit disappointed that we couldn't take the cleaner out of the pool and we struggled with enough light at night in the house, but made it work. Janet was very responsive.

We purchased this home because of the oversized lot and great location near everything! We keep improving along the way. We added a skylight recently in the hallway as well as new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Both baths have been retiled in August of 24. New pebble on pool and new decking July 2025!
