Welcome to The Shouseâyour perfect retreat for large gatherings, multi-family vacations, or group getaways. This expansive 5,000 sqft home comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests and is designed with community, comfort, and connection in mind.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:
Main Floor:
Primary Suite: King bed + private ensuite bath with laundry
Guest Room: Queen bed with full bath just down the hall
Upstairs:
Bunk Room: 2 Full beds + 3 Twin beds
Guest Room: 2 Twin beds
Large Family Room: 1 Full bed + 3 Twin beds
Port-a-crib available in the upstairs closet
Basement Lounge:
Queen-size air mattress available for 2 additional guests
Bathrooms:
4 full bathrooms spread across all levels for guest convenience
Kitchen & Dining:
Gourmet kitchen on the main floorâfully stocked for all your cooking needs
Additional kitchenette in the basement
Multiple dining and lounge areas indoors and out for gathering
Entertainment & Recreation:
Lounge Basement:
Pool table, board games, card table, chess, cozy seating, and tables for hosting game night
Outdoor Areas:
4 total patiosâ2 balconies and 2 shaded seating areas
Yard Space:
Half-acre grassy area perfect for kids to run and play
Laundry & Convenience:
2 laundry setups: one on the main floor and one on the second floor
Parking available on-site for multiple vehicles
Outdoor Cooking:
XL Pellet smoker available (please only use smoker pellets)
Note: There is no traditional grill on-site, but the smoker has settings for grilling and smoking. Message me if you have any questions about the smoker.

* This property shares the lot with a 5,000 sqft shop space that is currently off-limits to guests.
* While no one else resides on the property, we operate a local tiny home business out of the shop side. Workers may be present MondayâFriday from 9 AM to 5 PM on the far end of the property. There is ample space and separation between the shop and house.
**Guests must inquire before booking if planning any large events, weddings, or gatherings over 20 people. Special approval and additional event pricing may apply.
