Summary:
Brand new to the market in June 2025 - the entire house was completely remodeled in 2024 and has been furnished with all new furniture and high-quality items. This spacious, elegant home is 6.5 miles from Costco in Meridian and 20 min from the Boise Airport. This house is set up to accommodate large groups. Rates are based on 12 guests, add $20/night/guest up to 26.

The Space:
This property sits on 1.19 acres with sweeping mountain views. The lawn area invites you to play outdoor games, enjoy the sunset, or just chill on sitting around the gas fire pit with an adult beverage. There is also a dining table, a BBQ for your use, and an outdoor sofa sectional. The covered courtyard area gives you an instant 'I am on vacation' feel. The high-end home gym with Peloton bike and treadmill allows you to keep your workout routine while traveling, and the game room with a bar adds so much value. Please note the backyard is NOT fenced in.

Guest Access:
The home is secured with a smart lock. You will be provided your personal entry code before your arrival. You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street.

We enjoyed our stay. The backyard was a great highlight, there were fantastic mountain views. The house accomodated our large group very well.

Great large house with fantastic views! Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining room were all great. Loved the unique glass garage door opening to.the backyard. Pictures don't do it justice for the backyard view. It was a little bit further away from downtown than we'd like. Would also prefer 2 fewer bunk beds and replace them with queen beds for adults.
