We provide linens, blankets, comforters, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, and hand soaps. We also provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner and soap. A CVS is nearby (10 minutes’ drive) if you need additional items for your stay.

There are 2 units in this house. If you are viewing this listing, you have access to both units, which is 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main house is 4 bedroom 3-bathroom house. The downstair unit has its own bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchen and laundry area. Guests will have access to all parts of the house except the one locked owner’s closet inside the house on the third fllor and eight locked garage storage cabinets. Garage can accommodate two cars and two additional cars in the driveway. If needed, there are parking spaces on the street. Please do not park your car in front of our neighbor’s house. If needed, you can park in front of our house or across the street in front of the mini-forest.

Note: There is now a zero-tolerance policy for visitors holding parties within the community. Guests will be escorted off the premises by law enforcement and will forfeit their deposit money if this occurs.
