Nyligen renoverad och nyanpassad lägenhet på första våningen i det populära Paloma Beach-komplexet i Los Cristianos. Det är på den tystare sidan av komplexet bort från de lokala barerna och vägarna. Från den goda balkongen finns utsikt över poolen, havet och bergen och de välskötta och färgglada trädgårdarna ligger omedelbart under, perfekt för en lugn frukost medan man tittar på solen stiga över berget. I den rymliga loungen finns två 2-sits soffor, en 32-tums platt-TV med olika Sky-kanaler, förutsatt att mottagning finns tillgänglig från Paloma Beach-satelliterna. Gratis wi-fi finns i lägenheten. I köket finns kylskåp, ugn, spis, mikrovågsugn, brödrost och vattenkokare samt allt porslin och redskap du behöver. Det finns olika hissar och trappor som ger enkel åtkomst. No thanks

No air conditioning, beds changed once a week, cleaners changed towels and took rubbish away but no cleaning done, I did all the cleaning. Would I stay again, no.

Winter break

Lovely sunny mornings on the balcony at this time of year but clouded over in the afternoon sadly. Apartment clean and well equipped. Good location out onto the seafront, handy supermarkets, good parking. Would return again.

Lovely apartment

Was able to return to Kate's apartment over Christmas and New year. This apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Fully equipped kitchen large lounge with uk tv channels and free WiFi. Separate bedroom. Fresh towels every other day and bed change once a week. Look forward to return again.

Pulito, accogliente, centralissimo

La casa è molto carina, ben arredata e ben fornita. Centralissimo a Los Cristianos, a un minuto dal paseo con parziale vista mare e sulla piscina, e tutto il necessario sotto casa senza necessità di macchina, dal supermercato al ristorante al minigolf o negozi di souvenir. Passano a cambiare la biancheria, ritirano la spazzatura e cambiano gli asciugamani. La cucina dispone di tutto e sul terrazzo ci sono sedie e tavolino e due lettini. La proprietaria ha messo a disposizione degli ospiti lettore DVD e dei dvd in varie lingue, libri, un gioco da tavola, ferro e tavola da stiro. C’ è Anche una cassaforte. Il posto è tranquillo, c’ Una reception fino alle 18 e un bar/ristorante sempre aperto con biliardo e parcheggio interno. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Overall a good apartment but needs comfortable beds!

Very clean nice size apartment. Helpful staff. Well equipped kitchen and TV WiFi very good. Good location for beach and town. Many choices of places to eat. Pool and sunbathing areas immaculate. Pool very cold. Our twin beds were very hard and uncomfortable which was very disappointing.

Simply Wonderful

Recently stayed in this apartment, having stayed at the resort several times previous. The apartment itself was spotless, with just about everything you could need for your holiday provided. There is a very spacious balcony, that was wonderful to sit out and enjoy a morning cuppa or an evening g and t. Although sun bathing out there (balcony) was minimal because of its position, who needs it anyway when you have such a beautiful pool terrace area to lie out on. The pool area can get quite busy but there is ample space to pick your spot and while away your day. Kate was absolutely marvellous, giving advice on eating places, tours etc. She made the booking procedure simple and straightforward with a map and instructions for access. What prevented me giving 5 stars, just a little more sun on the balcony ( perhaps it was time of year) would have been nice and the beds could have been a little more comfy ( again perhaps it just wasn't suited for me but fine for someone else) . All in all a great holiday in a wonderful apartment. Thanks Kate

Nice Apartment with good views

Me and my Partner have just returned from a weeks holiday. The apartment is plenty big enough and very nice and comfortable. We had a lovely time, weather was good. Pool area was kept very clean, we only used the pool once, it was quite busy at times. Great restaurant is called Chill Out, lovely cocktails, very tasty food and fantastic service, loved it. Also a restaurant called Taurus, steaks were delicious and again service was good. It was my first visit to Tenerife and I was not disappointed. Thank you to Kate for her efficiency and advice when booking and thank you for the recommendations you gave me about the Chill Out Bar and the beautiful walks, much appreciated. Dawn

A great place to relax with all the home comforts you could want.

Unfortunately, in the two weeks leading up to our stay, my wife had been quite ill and we only decided to go ahead with our holiday at the last minute. I am very pleased to say that this proved to be a good decision as this apartment provided all that we could have asked for to have a pleasant relaxing week in the sun. The apartment is very well equipped, so much so that we couldn't think of any kitchen utensil or crockery that we would have needed which wasn't supplied. If there was a fault, the beds and pillows were a bit hard for our taste but we fully appreciate that it is impossible to get this right for everyone. The apartment was very well sited on the Paloma Beach complex, of which our only complaint was that you had to pay for sunbeds and parasols - something we have not come across before, except on beaches. Overall though, a great week in a lovely apartment. I would definitely return and would recommend to friends without hesitstion.

Lovely Apartment, a credit to the owner

A good clean comfortable apartment, containing all the necessary equipment and items, which made our stay enjoyable. Will definitely stay there again when we return to Tenerife in the future.

Lovely apartment

Hi. Had lovely 3 weeks over Christmas and new year in this apartment. Everything you need for a self catering holiday. Kitchen had everything you require. Large bathroom with bath and shower clean towels provided twice a week and bed linen change once a week. The newly refurbished pool and surrounding areas are excellent with brand new sun loungers. Although I had no problems there are about 6 staff on call with about same amount of room ladies. Full time life guard. Pool area cleaned with machine every morning. Many bars and restaurants just outside the complex large supermarket couple of minutes walk away. Would recommend to family and friends.

Lovely outlook, the pool area is brilliant.

Good, clean apartment the balcony is a good size where you look left over the pool area and right has a see view. Some limited sun on the balcony in the morning and a very nice area to sit out in. Although we didn't use them the apartment it has all electrical items and a kitchen area which allows self catering if required, there is also a safe which requires a payment at reception. The pool area is one of the best we have seen and the locality of the apartment is well positioned for eating out & a close supermarket. The area is good for walking out along the front & visiting the shopping areas for the bargains, there is an abundance of trips that can be booked locally. The climate is very pleasant at this time of the year, unless of course you prefer to bake! Overall a good place to stay.

A lovely week!

We spent another fab week at Paloma Beach. The apartment was very clean and comfortable providing everything that we needed. We enjoyed the new pool area although the jacuzzi couldve been warmer! Looking forward to another holiday soon.

Fantastic holiday

We had a fantastic time, the pool area wasn't complete but the pool its self was and that meant peace and quite for me and my husband while our 10 year old daughter made new friends and was in and out the pool constantly, we will be going back th Paloma Beach in the future. The apartment had great views of the mountains and sea, it overlooked the pool, and had everything you could need.

Excellent property in a very good complex.

The property is very spacious and spotlessly clean. Plenty of utensils, facilities and crockery etc all you need and more. Towels and sheets are changed on a regular basis, great having TV if you need it and WiFi in the room. The complex is really good a short but enjoyable walk to the town but many bars and resturants nearby, the pool areas are good and there are very helpful staff on the complex all in all cannot fault the aartment and intend to return and recommend to friends.

Fantastic apartment.

I really couldn't fault the apartment in any way. It was very clean on our arrival. The rooms are very spacious and airy. The balcony is fantastic for relaxing after a hard day by the pool or on the beach. It is nice and cool in the morning and ideal for a nice relaxed breakfast. The balcony overlooks the children's play area, with the pool as you look to the left. Paloma Beach is very peaceful with very little noise from the nearby restaurants and on site bar. The apartment is serviced every other day with clean towels and bedding. The reception staff are very helpful with any information you might need. But the English speaking staff do finish work by 6-30pm so for convenience be sure to speak the them before that time. There are so many fantastic restaurants to choose from, but there were only a couple that we returned to for a 2nd visit as the food and service was so good. The first being Miami Beach which is by Los Cristianos beach. The other being a small cafe type restaurant on called El Viento Del Siroco, found next to the chinese restaurant as you walk down to Los Cristianos beach. I would highly recommend this apartment, this complex and Los Cristianos as a whole. My family and I really did enjoy our stay here and no doubt will be coming back again in the future.

Home from Home, with good weather!

Enjoyed our 5 week stay in a comfortable apartment which was well equipped with all we needed. Clean and nicely furnished. British TV channels, to keep up with 'soaps' etc! Towels were changed alternate days, and bed linen weekly. A washing machine would be nice for long stay guests but not a real problem. The complex is ideally situated. Close to beach front -- 5 minutes -- restaurants, bars, entertainment, supermarkets -- Iceland just over the road -- Nice shops in the Arona Gran Hotel--- across the road too -- clothes, electrical, gifts etc, nice not tatty,worth a look! Wifi is free from reception but range is not strong! Also available at the Pool Bar, a bit stronger, but temperamental, at a reasonable cost. Must mention reception, they were most helpful at all times! -- produced new toaster within 20 minutes of reporting fault, reset TV channels, booked airport transfers, allowed us to stay on in apt 'till our departure, late afternoon, Thank you all, much appreciated! Fu Xin Chinese restaurant close by was a favourite of ours, crispy duck to die for with free bottle of wine and prawn crackers!! Sunday market 5 minutes away worth a 'mooch', go early-- 9 to 9.30 before the crowds!! So much to see and do, the list is endless, we will be back!

We decided to buy the apartment on Paloma beach because it is a well run and nicely maintained complex with lots of other facilities close by. The property itself felt far more spacious and airy than others we viewed on alternative complexes.
