Very nice property with close proximity to the beach. A few more things needed for visitors but a great, clean and cute place to stay otherwise.

Very clean and updated condo. The grounds were very well maintained but the pool was not heated. Loved the oceanside deck and going to the beach just steps away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great experience in this condo! The complex is not a high-rise, so it is very family friendly. The complex is gated for both vehicles, pedestrians and beach access! The complex does an AMAZING job controlling beachfront access by limiting neighboring properties from being in your area. We were staying the week of July 4th and had no issues with beach crowds. Would definitely stay here again.

Well the door code only worked after 3 to 4 tries , the place was nice but you freeze at night not being able to turn the temp down and no blankets anywhere in the house. The toilets had hair around the rim aswell as the back of the toilet, wasnt very clean . No TV remote in the bedroom only a TV , no toilet paper we had to go buy some (not sure if it was included or not) The pool had a closed sign the entire time we were there. Night stands had broken handles, dryer had a lot of sand in it , Tiny beach view off the bedroom balcony... This is based on our experience (took photos)

We had a great stay at Largo Mar! We won’t ever stay anywhere else when we go to PCB. This unit was clean and the perfect location as far as close to the beach and right there at the pool! Highly recommend this condo!

This place was very nice as we walked in but the aesthetics can be deceiving . Don’t get me wrong, if you want your rental to look nice so you can brag to you friends and also look like a New England beach home but are willing to give up your sleep then yes this is THE place for you. The owner of this condo had a bright idea to put annoying plastic ceiling tile in the 1st floor ceiling. Everytime your upstairs neighbors walks around you hear the creaking of this ceiling moulding. Have you ever heard plastic rubbing together? It will drive you crazy. I overlooked the, at least a half, years-worth of dust build up on the master shower exhaust fan only because I did not want to be bothered by cleaning personnel. Eventually I did end up being bothered by an electrician coming in for a couple hours to change a light fixture so I could see. I was told I did not have to be there but after I dealt with the host about the downstairs neighbors I did not want a third part coming into my rental because of theft issues. I ended up calling the sheriff about the base from there speakers so loud that it shook the utensil's in the kitchen because the host told me that there was nothing he could do except wait for the hoa manager to suggest to the renter to turn it down.I did end up emailing back and forth with the host because I could not tolerate his attitude and disrespect towards this paying customer on phone conversations. His boss took over emails because he was “suddenly to busy”

We coordinated with the HOA regarding the noise complaint, arranged for maintenance to address the lighting issue, and remained in communication throughout your stay. As with any condominium community, neighboring guests and HOA enforcement are outside the direct control of the property management company, but we still worked with the appropriate parties to address the situation. The ceiling noise you described is a characteristic of the building and not something unique to this unit. We also appreciate you bringing the bathroom exhaust fan to our attention so it could be addressed. While we understand that not every situation results in the outcome a guest hopes for, our team remained committed to assisting you throughout your stay. We wish you the best in your future travels.
