This one-bedroom w/ stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal and Downtown skyline features a full kitchen, 1 full bathroom , a private balcony, washer & dryer. Amenities include a bay view pool, sundeck and a modern fitness center. The building was designed by Pininfarina (Ferrari).



Resort fee will be charged at the check-in time at the property and it is not included.



The Space:

This apartment is located at the BeachWalk Resort, at the corner of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway, equidistant from Miami Beach to the south, and Ft. Lauderdale to the north.

Enjoy this gorgeous condo-hotel on the beautiful beaches of South Florida. Pool , gym and resort style amenities including home comforts are ideal for families or friends travelling together.

This unit has a balcony facing south, where you can enjoy direct views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean. It is just one easy block to the beach and minutes from the most fabulous nightlife, dining, shopping and recreation experience. Wireless internet is included. The room, which has one King-sized bed, can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests, with a private bathroom and TV.

You will also find a fitness center, a restaurant and you will have beach access with a free shuttle service to the beach (3 minutes away).

The fully equipped kitchen offers a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, one glass stove, one integrated oven, a silent dishwasher, an integrated microwave, one stove, dishes, one coffee maker, a hairdryer, an electronic safe within the suite, one iron/ironing board, an in-suite washer/dryer and TVs in each room.

Mandatory Resort Fee (per day):

● 1–7 nights: $30 per day

● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)

A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.

The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.

Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.





🚗Valet Parking (Paid at the Resort) (Regular size vehicles)

Drop off your car at the valet counter located on the ground floor. Car pickup will be on the 3rd floor of the parking garage.

● 1–7 days: $28 per day, per vehicle, plus taxes

● 8–10 days: $25 per day, per vehicle, plus taxes

● 11–19 days: $250 per stay, per vehicle, plus taxes

● 20–30 days: $295 per stay, per vehicle, plus taxes

When a vehicle, due to its size, requires more than one parking space, the valet must charge for both spaces.

✨ Alternative Option As an additional option, the VIP Parking is also available for $60 per night, plus taxes.

The Neighborhood:

Just beyond the resort, you'll find the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and miles of Blue Wave-designated beaches. Surrounded by lots of restaurants, and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can go out to dine, enjoy horse races or try your luck at the casino five minutes away. To West, you can visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino and is the perfect location to be on the beach if you are attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium. To the South, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall or if you feel like going on an adventurous nightlife, you can head to South Beach to party all night. To the North, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. We are minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport.

For groceries, you will find a 24 hours Walmart right next door, a Publix Supermarket two minutes drive and you are very welcome to use Instacart for the groceries to be deliver right to your door.



Getting Around:

● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL):

There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hallandale Beach.

● From Miami International Airport (MIA):

Hallandale Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.

In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.
