Great Location!

Location was amazing! The view of the ocean from the condo was beautiful! Check in and out were simple, cafe was awesome and it was everything I dreamed of for my 50th birthday stay!

Excellent Two Bedroom With Spectacular View

I have stayed at The Tides in various apartments perhaps ten times in the last five years. This unit is one of the best ever. The apartment is well furnished and maintained, and the view is spectacular. Communication with the owner was excellant. I don't always need a second bedroom, but the next time I do, this will be my first chioce.

Great place for a family on the beach

Overall great vrbo for our family. The place was spacious and exactly like it stated. The check in process and time frame is kind of a pain but otherwise enjoyed our stay. Plenty of beach supplies in the closet and the host was helpful with tips. Beautiful view and everything was clean. You do have to pay an additional fee for a key fob to get around the complex which isn’t a big deal but wanted to share

Fun beach and pool

We loved being right on the beach and the pool was great. The check-in process had a long line to get fobs and pricey for the fobs which is not retuned to you. The location is good with free and low cost transportation for local sightseeing. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit

Wonderful place to relax & enjoy the beach

This condo is very spacious, clean and has everything you need for an amazing stay. The beds are comfortable, showers great, and TP/tissues were soft and wonderful. Towels and beach chairs were great. The waves are mild and the ocean inviting. The pool was great and its a well maintained property close to many restaurants, the broadwalk of Hollywood Beach and a Walmart. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only issue we had was not having anywhere to store our luggage until we could get into the condo. We did not get a rental car. Uber is very convenient and inexpensive.

Great vacation apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and enjoyable stay. The only downsides were that we were not allowed to have guests visit our apartment and that we were required to wear wristbands all the time that we could not take off.

Watch out for the long winded communication about rules, complicated processes, and hidden charges

If it weren’t for the ridiculous check in, parking fees (100 for 3 days), illegal charges once I left (they charged me for a deposit on a parking tag I didn’t even receive and for receiving packages I didn’t order), the snobby property manager, the pool closing at 7pm, the key fobs, the broken elevators, the having to park down the block despite paying for parking…I’d give this place 4/5 stars. But I can’t…

The check in is crazy but works out. Cant check in until 3pm but have to get a fob by 5pm, short window. But host very responsive. Place is nice and looks like pictures. and looks

Week stay for business trip

This was our first time using Vyrbo, and everything was very smooth. Great communication from the property owner, the apt was well stocked with everything we needed. Had a very nice stay.

Great stay!

We loved our stay in Ben’s unit at the Tides! He is very responsive and helpful. The unit was very clean and perfect for our needs. We were very excited about the views and balcony overlooking the ocean. Unfortunately, it was entirely too windy to enjoy that. The check in process was easy and all staff members were very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The views were beautiful. The location was perfect. Some great restaurants within walking distance. Great location for day trips to either Miami or Fort Lauderdale!
