Great Location!

Location was amazing! The view of the ocean from the condo was beautiful! Check in and out were simple, cafe was awesome and it was everything I dreamed of for my 50th birthday stay!

Wonderful stay. Beautiful location and amazing views of the ocean ( even on the rainy day). We appreciated the ample parking provided on the property in such busy city. Check in was a breeze once you read all the instructions that are sent beforehand. Kitchen was well equipped and it was important to us as we enjoy cooking and eating in even on vacation. The owner was very responsive to our questions and was a pleasure to communicate with. Cafe on the first floor was also a nice touch for a pretty good meal and drinks. Highly recommend this rental. Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo right on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. You could literally wake up to the sunrise from the master bedroom or go out on the corner balcony to watch the sunrise. Conveniently located 3 blocks from a very nice grocery store we never needed a car. There are free & $2 shuttles. This was a great find in a very chill area perfect for families

Great place for a family on the beach

Overall great vrbo for our family. The place was spacious and exactly like it stated. The check in process and time frame is kind of a pain but otherwise enjoyed our stay. Plenty of beach supplies in the closet and the host was helpful with tips. Beautiful view and everything was clean. You do have to pay an additional fee for a key fob to get around the complex which isn’t a big deal but wanted to share

Excellent Two Bedroom With Spectacular View

I have stayed at The Tides in various apartments perhaps ten times in the last five years. This unit is one of the best ever. The apartment is well furnished and maintained, and the view is spectacular. Communication with the owner was excellant. I don't always need a second bedroom, but the next time I do, this will be my first chioce.

Fun beach and pool

We loved being right on the beach and the pool was great. The check-in process had a long line to get fobs and pricey for the fobs which is not retuned to you. The location is good with free and low cost transportation for local sightseeing. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit
