Unwind in Garden City at this adorable cabin. With 6 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 5 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, this cozy retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of 4 bathrooms with amenities like a bathtub and hair dryer. Relax in the living room with a comfy futon for extra sleeping space.With this centrally located home, you get a breathtaking view of the lake and amazing access to all Bear Lake has to offer. Our home offers gaming devices, infinity gaming table, pickleball rackets, access to the community pool, hot tub, and clubhouse (pool is closed from September to May). We have a private Hot tub on the back patio! Enjoy being within walking distance to the local grocery store, marina, and restaurants. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Garden City.

The Space:
Our stunning three-story Bear Lake dream home is perfect for family get-togethers or larger group gatherings. Conveniently situated right next to the marina, it boasts sleeping accommodations for 24 guests. Enjoy being close to the many restaurants, stores, boutiques, and coffee shops that Garden City has to offer.

Inside, you'll find hardwood floors, plush carpet, knotty pine board and batten, and granite countertops. The six bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms provide plenty of space to relax and unwind. The home features:

This home was so beautiful and spacious and perfectly located for our family's needs. It had everything we needed, and it was so great highly recommend.If you have a large group or even a moderately sized one, there's plenty of room.

This was our 2nd stay at this home. It is well laid-out and met all of our needs. Sometimes that's a tall order when there are 22 of us! Our grandkids really liked having access to a pool.

The description was inaccurate. The home is not across from the marina and it is not as accessible to the lake as shown. The information we received had showed no blankets or baby gear available. Purchasing and renting these items caused extra unnecessary expenses. The security light on the back patio lights at various times during the night shining into the master suite. There is no reason for it to turn on and no way to turn it off, interrupting our sleep. When maintenance showed up, and entered unannounced, we asked about the light and were told it's on purpose and no way to change it. The home had oddities, including the kitchen counters being very tall/high, and the dishwasher was installed oddly. Reasons for a 2 star review include inaccuracy of the description, the inability to sleep uninterrupted due to the security light, and unnecessary additional expenses.

Our home is located directly across from the marina, as shown in the photos in our listing. The listing also clearly notes that a crib is provided for guests traveling with little ones. We don’t advertise that blankets are unavailable, and we strive to provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. Regarding the backyard light, it is a motion-activated security light designed to help keep the property safe. We understand it may have been an inconvenience if it activated during the night, and we’ll continue looking at ways to minimize any disturbance while maintaining security. Regarding the kitchen, the counter height and dishwasher installation are part of the home’s unique design and have not been concerns raised by previous guests. We understand that personal preferences vary, and what feels unusual to one guest may not to another. We appreciate all guest feedback and are always working to improve the experience. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

This property is all about location. Within walking distance to local grocery store, marina, shared club house, and town. You can launch your boat and park at the property, walk to club house within seconds, take a stroll down to main street, or be to the store and back within minutes. It's centrally located making your stay that much more convenient!
