Idealiskt läge - på Historic Grand Hill, Grand Ave bara söderut och Summit Ave direkt norrut. Handla och äta på Grand Ave och promenera sedan de kalorierna bort på Summit Ave medan du tas bort av arkitekturen och storheten i århundrade gamla herrgårdar. Cyklar kan hyras ett kvarter bort om du föredrar att tvåhjulas.
Denna retreat med ett sovrum har allt du behöver med hänsyn till komfort och stil. Nya bambu golv, väggar, kök, badrum och möbler. Dessutom får du också använda verandan för de sommarstunder av avkoppling och människor som tittar på! Jag driver också / äger VRBO # 373111, en annan enhet med ett sovrum, bokstavligen intill - så jag är en involverad och tillgänglig del av min gästs vistelse om behov skulle uppstå. Hockey trip

Very comfortable and convenient for a single traveler. Public transportation was easy to use so I had no need for a car. Stacey was great about staying in touch and answering all my questions.

Charming neighborhood

We very much enjoyed our stay. Stacey was easy to get in touch with and check-in and out were easy. The neighborhood is great for walking and within walking distance to places to eat. Highly recommend Russell's for dinner! 2 blocks from place. The place was clean and comfortable and quiet. We felt lucky to have been able to bring our two dogs. You'd never know pets were allowed as it was clean and no pet odors. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

A great stay on a hill

We came to St Paul for the weekend. Did some hiking, visited a coffee shop and had dinner with friends. This VRBO was a perfect fit. We had plenty of space, it was quiet, it was close to where we wanted to be and our host was easy to contact.

Beautiful walking area in St Paul

I loved the location of this apartment in the historic Summit Hill district of St Paul. It is a beautiful walk from shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and a nice little grocery store. Even the magnificent cathedral is about a half mile walk away. Stacey was a lovely host and easy to communicate with. The bed is super comfy and the linens luxurious which is a big benefit in my opinion. The bathroom is spacious and the little kitchen well-stocked. My daughter lives close by so I may be back.

Grand Hill treasure

We stayed 5 nights on Grand Hill and loved everyhing about it. Location was super fr both walking and central for driving. Parking on the street in front. Apt is charming, quiet, easy to cook in and so comfy a bed. Owner communicated so well and offered to answer any questions we may have. We will be back.

Cozy Apt in Historic Neighborhood

Stacy was great to work with. She was quick to respond when I had questions. The apt was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom water pressure looked like it was low but when shower knob pulled it was perfect. it was just right size for us. Stores and eateries were close but not within walking distance. Parking out front was easy there were always spaces. The historic district was just beautiful would stay there again. Tip: if you like creme puffs go to Bravo Bakery on Grand Ave they were amazing.

Great Location

We were visiting my sister who lives in the Summit neighborhood. It’s a couple of blocks to Grand Avenue and 6 blocks to Mississippi Coop. It also has easy access to Lower town and downtown St. Paul. The bus stop across the street is within the 50 cents downtown fare zone. Stacey was easy to contact about any questions. The main living area is full of light when it’s sunny. Could use more light on gloomy evenings.

Cozy and comfortable

Great property and neighborhood for a visit with our daughter at the UMN. Walkable to some restaurants and bars which was nice. Host was great. Property was well stocked in the kitchen which was great.

Lovely stay

I had a very enjoyable three night stay. The apartment location is absolutely perfect, especially if you enjoy strolling in historic neighborhoods. Very walkable to numerous restaurants, as well as a well-stocked co-op. Parking is easy, as promised. The weather did not require the use of the window air conditioners, though I appreciated the fan I found in one of the closet. Owner was very responsive to my requests. Definitely recommend!

Perfectly Grand!

I had a close friend that passed and needed a nice place close to grand Ave in St. Paul and this place ended up being absolutely perfect. The host was so kind and communicative and I wanted for nothing. The apartment was clean, updated, had snacks, coffee and a great bed. The ACs worked, everything worked and was so organized. Best of all it was basically on Grand Ave and I got to experience my old neighborhood once again. Tysm for a wonderful stay, I will definitely be back.

Lovely!

This property was perfect. Super cute place to stay and the location was mint. I used to live in the neighborhood and so enjoyed easy access to Summit Avenue. Property owner turned on the AC before I arrived and checked in on me via text after a few days. I felt safe and it was very quiet. There was coffee and snacks. And I must say the pillows were so comfortable.

Great place - A+ stay

Great location with comfortable layout and easy stay. Host was very communicative and really helpful. We were able to walk to great shops and restaurants while being able to easily get around the city. Would stay again anytime we are in the area.

This home was purchased because it it literally next door to where I live and was in need of some loving! Can't think of another property so easy to keep an eye on and manage than this...........in addition I was having to turn people away due to being booked with #373111. People LOVE this area and are telling friends; time for another unit :)
