Härligt soligt hem undangömt för din egen integritet. Hemmet har 2 sovrum och ett och ett halvt badrum. Den har en utdragbar soffa så att huset kan sova upp till sex personer.
Den har en inhägnad trädgård som ger privatliv och en plats för din hund.
(godkänt i förväg) Det finns ett privat garage på fastigheten samt parkering utanför trädgård. Interstate 94 är fyra kvarter bort mycket lätt att göra. Hemmet ligger nära centrum av St. Paul Regions Hospital och många skolor samt stora företag.
Stor plats. Fantastisk bakgård. Det finns en hundpark 3 km bort. Trevligt och lugnt område. Shoppingparker kollektivtrafik, 20 min föreningar från flygplatsen.
Det är ett fantastiskt hem hemifrån.
Perfekt för en affärsperson, student, en person som besöker eller en person eller familj under övergång.

The house is lovely and well-supplied. The backyard is great for dogs and for sitting outside to enjoy the fall leaves. Jane is a very attentive and responsive host. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Was exactly as listed. Why a 4 instead of five? Toilet paper was 1 ply; no Kleenex. Needs some updating. Not for musket but just to insure no trips/falls etc. great host. Easy in and out. Would stay again.

Nice clean place, average stay. AC was not on upon arrival, so was very warm in the house for hours and fans provided did not work. Backyard is very overgrown and old deck, no place to sit and relax, no firepit or other option for backyard play. Noisy traffic on weekend nights. It is a good place to stay for a quick trip, but just wasn't for us.

Overall we were very happy with our stay!! There were a few things in the listing that didn't quite match up with the property which caused some confusion at the beginning, but we're easily sorted. We would stay there again.

Small cozy home in a nice neighborhood

Stayed for 2 days, didn't spend much time in the home but was very nice we could bring our dogs. Lots of food options and cozy home, enjoyed our stay. It was unclear how much the additional cost of the dogs would be so make sure to factor in it's 75 per dog. However there aren't many dog friendly options around so we were still satisfied.

Great for our family!

We came to the area on vacation and really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our dog loved the backyard. Our one year old stayed in the smaller room upstairs (there was plenty of room for a pack n play at the foot of the bed and lots of room for one in the main room). The kitchen worked great and had everything we needed to cook full meals. We were also conveniently located to the things we wanted to do and there were lots of grocery stores and restaurants close by. The host, Jane, was responsive during our trip and gave good clear directions at check in. We would definitely stay here again!

Memorial Day 2025

Had a wonderful time in Minneapolis!!!! This was exactly what we needed!!! Comfortable beds, fenced in backyard, great neighborhood, full kitchen! Just a great home!! Thanks for sharing your home with us!I know Gretel & Tucker enjoyed the lazy days in the backyard!!! Thanks again Jane!

Quiet and per friendly

The property was clean and met all our needs. The bed was comfortable, backyard had a wooden fence and shade, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The host installed AC for us:) We used it, too. We would rent again.

Relaxing and Quiet Home

We came up from Il to see our daughter. She currently lives in a studio apartment, so we weren't able to stay with her. This rental has everything to make a comfortable stay. She provided coffee, which we forgot to bring and so that was nice. She offered recomendations which were all good. It was a nice neighborhood minitues from the highway. The fenced backyard was such a bonus. It was clean and felt very safe. We've had some unfortunate rentals in MSP and so this felt like a perfect find! We had a very fun trip.

Great House in a Good Location

This rental was worth the price. A clean house with a nice, fenced backyard. It is close to the cities and eastern suburbs.

Cute House with Nice Yard

Overall, it is a great place, but there are no heat vents upstairs which means it is quite cold unless you leave the upstairs doors open so that heat can come up the stairwell. I ended up getting a small space heater to warm up the bedroom I used. I am sure it would be fine in warmer months and I noted that there is a window AC unit in the bedroom closet so summer heat wouldn't be an issue. I would stay here again as it was otherwise perfect me.
