This unique architect-designed home offers two private suites under one roofâperfect for large families or groups wanting privacy and connection.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and access to a small backyard.
Downstairs features 1 bedroom, a full bathroom, high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a pull-out sofa, and in-suite laundry.
Each suite is fully self-contained, with its own entrance, yet rented together as one home. No shared spaces with anyone outside your group.
Enjoy thoughtful designer touches, high-end finishes, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The house is tucked in a quiet neighborhood, yet steps from lively Inglewood, Scotsmanâs Hill, breweries, restaurants, and a short walk to the Saddledome, the zoo, downtown, and more.

1. No Parties or Events
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and may be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 if evidence of a party or event is found.
2. Maximum Occupancy
The property accommodates a maximum of 8 adults, including children. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
3. Cleanliness
Please leave the property tidy and dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur an additional fee.
4. Damages & Issues
Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay. Please report any issues, broken items, or concerns promptly so we can address them.
5. Use of Amenities
Guests may use amenities like kitchen appliances and the washer/dryer at their own risk. Please treat the property and all items with care.
6. Check-In Form
Completing the check-in form before arrival is required.
7. Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security deposit may be required.
