Njut av en lugn vistelse pÄ vÄr charmiga stuga i centrum av allt: Downtown, CSU Chico, Farmers Market, Bidwell Park. Vi har krysscyklar för vÄra gÀster att anvÀnda, liksom de vanliga bekvÀmligheterna för att göra din resa enkelt och roligt.

Front och bakgÄrdar Àr inhÀgnade och verandaen Àr instÀlld för avkoppling. TakflÀktar i alla rum och mogna trÀd hÄller huset kallt. Varje sovrum och vardagsrummet har alla ett fönster a / c-enhet. De 2 queen size-sÀngarna Àr nya, med 1000 trÄdlister. I vardagsrummet blir vÄr soffa ocksÄ en sÀng. TvÄ luftbÀddar Àr tillgÀngliga (i BR 1 garderob) ocksÄ. Köket har en kaffebryggare, mixer, mikrovÄgsugn, diskmaskin och alla nödvÀndiga (Àven hundskÄlar och en hundbÀdd!). Precis utanför Àr en gasgrill och uteplats med picknickbord för att njuta av den fridfulla trÀdgÄrden.

Convenient Location

Stayed here while visiting our CSU Chico student. Everything we did was within walking distance. Comfortable accommodations, great enclosed backyard for our puppies. Would recommend.

Nice quiet comfortable stay

The house is on a quiet street close to most everything we wanted to do. The place was quiet, warm and comfortable.

The house is darling! Loved the kitchen and living room areas and having a fenced yard for our dog was a real help. The neighborhood is quiet and a very easy walk to Bidwell Park. Walking distance to a good restaurant for breakfast too!! It was wonderful.

Easy & Convenient location in Chico

Clean & cozy place - perfect for 2 with easy walk to downtown and to Bidwell park. Only wish is for better/more kitchen towels and more glasses. Enjoyed our stay!

Cozy Cottage

We had a very comfortable stay in a great location. Short walk to Bidwell Park and downtown to the eateries. The yard was perfect for our two small dogs. The house had a very chill and relaxing vibe.

Gorgeous walking neighborhood near park and restaurants

The house's spacious kitchen is a gathering place. And the front porch is great stop for parents and to kids returning from school in the PM. It's also an ideal location from which to explore the town's restaurants, shops, museums and much-loved park.

Perfect Chico Charmer!

This house is a beautiful! It’s a renovated Victorian within easy walking distance to downtown without being right in the middle of the the party houses. The house has a very chill and relaxing vibe. The host is very responsive and it’s great to stay here.

Very Nice

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood yet is close to a main thoroughfare as well as downtown. We visited the mountains to see the snow, Orovile Dam, and restaurants in downtown Chico and all were easily accessible.

Amazing location, lovely house and grounds

Cook's garden, rose bushes, and burgeoning loquat and orange trees gave the property a feeling of abundance. The house is homey rather than elegant. The spacious kitchen is great for cooking and family time. And the front porch is cool in the early day, a nice place to sip coffee and meet people on their way to downtown.

Comfortable and Convenient

My husband, myself and our 15 pound Havanese dog stayed at the property for three nights.. We were in Chico to help care for a terminally ill close friend.. I love this older section of Chico, with it’s charming homes. The house provided everything we needed.

The perfect Chico getaway

This house is a perfect chico getaway. The house common areas feel large and well furnished. The location is perfection. Walking to/from dinner and drinks was easy. The yard is fantastic for hangs and for the dogs. There were bikes and a bike lock for cruising downtown or the campus. Parking was plentiful. We parked right in front of the house every night. The water was hot and with good pressure and the towels were plentiful, soft and absorbent. It’s a perfect chico bungalow in just the right spot. We will stay here again. Thanks for having us.

Comfortable and Homey

Everything is exactly as pictured and described. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve all our meals. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of storage for our clothes and hygiene products. Bathrooms were stocked with soft and comfy towels. The yard was gorgeous with roses and a mature orange tree. We had our two and three year old sons with us and the yard was perfect for them to run around and spend their energy. The owners even left a list of recommended places to eat and things to do in town. It was a perfect home away from home for us while we were visiting family in Chico! Highly recommend and will be looking to use again next time we visit.

Great Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. The cottage was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. Its location is convenient for walks downtown. We were delighted to have access to three serviceable bicycles, which made for a breezy ride through nearby Bidwell Park. We'd definitely return.

Pup's second favorite home

Perfect little Chico house for our returning alumni getaway weekend. Perfect distance to downtown restaurants and bars without being in the thick of party houses. We walked everywhere and enjoyed this cute neighborhood. The house was perfect for bringing our dog. The backyard is enclosed and there's a side yard with a nice lawn. They even had a dog bed and dog bowl there. The hosts were very accommodating and made the process easy. I would def stay here again.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I love staying near downtown and being able to hop on my cruiser bike to check out the farmers' market, go for a burger & beer at the iconic Sierra Nevada Brewery or cruise through Bidwell Park and enjoy the cool greenery. Of just wander downtown to hear the Thursday night concert and eat at the food trucks, or partake of the fine cocktails created by our expert, local mixologists.
