It's a quite and private part of the island. This part of LBI is also the most narrow ensuring plenty of space at the beach without the crowds and extensive views of both the Atlantic Ocean as well as the bay. Walking distance to some of the finest restaurants on the island.

- 2nd level - 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living area, hallway, 2 decks and laundry room,
