Den Royal Mauian ligger i South Kihei på torrare, mer soliga sidan av ön, mellan Kamaole Stränder 1 och 2, två av Maui bästa stränder, och ligger bara några minuter från championship golf, tennis och exklusiva restauranger och shoppingområden av Wailea. Det finns också utmärkt shopping och ett brett utbud av restauranger som finns tvärs över gatan. Skälen är vackra och väl underhållna, med massor av solstolar och en kristallklar pool med utsikt över havet som är bra för barn och vuxna. En annan unik egenskap hos Royal Mauian är takterrassen som är utrustad med flera Weber gas BBQ grill, ett kök / servering och massor av tabeller för det speciella sunset middag medan du njuter av 360 graders vy som tar i utsikt över Lanai, Molokini och Mount Haleakala.

We had a fantastic stay here. Great location, Paul was very responsive and easy to deal with, unfortunately the storm wiped out the pool the night we checked in and they were more than accommodating on helping rectify something that was right out of their control. We would stay again at this property. The only thing I would mention is it gets quite hot in the master bedroom from 2pm till sundown.

First, I'd like to say that Paul, our host, was wonderful and great to work with. He kept us informed and provided extremely helpful information. The condo was just as described and the location was fabulous. I mean, a front and center view of the ocean and the beautiful property grounds; what more can you ask for. We saw the most gorgeous sunsets from our lanai. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it did not have air conditioning. We were informed it did not so were well aware of it. However, it would have been nice and it was needed, especially since the weather was quite warm and humid and during the night it was difficult to sleep due to the humidity. But, overall, it was perfect and we had a fabulous vacation. Thank you Paul for letting us enjoy your beautiful condo.Sonia

We keep coming back to Paul's Condo! It is the best. Good location. Easy access to the rest of the Island. Right next to 2 beaches. Snorkling right in front of the Condo. The rooms are very clean and well maintained.

Great stay

A very well maintain Condo. We love the place and have stayed here several times. It is well located on the Island with many things to do near by. No shortage of places to eat. We like to thank Karoline and Paul for the use of there place. We highly recomend it

Amazing location! Wonderful experience!

The owners are very easy to work with. The room comes with beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, and snorkeling gear. The condo is located near a great natural food store, lots of restaurants and its a very short walk to two different beaches! beachebeachesWewonderwonderful time.

Great property with amazing ocean view, cool tropical breeze and turtles. Awesome snorkeling right outside. Great kitchen, comfortable beds; Netflix, and everything we needed. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

A wonderful vacation.

Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed Pauls condo. With our long stay we enjoyed just staying in the condo and relaxing. There is lots to do near by and many excellent placrs to eat. The condo is very clean and well maintained. We will come back for sure.

Amazing!

We rented this condo for 10 nights at the end of December, and loved it here! The views and location are spectacular. Communication with the owners was easy and we had zero issues while here. I would love to come back and stay here again. Will miss this place!

Perfect for a Maui vacation!

We had a great time staying at this condo--the owner had prepared and thought of pretty much everything that would be needed to arrive and immediately start enjoying Maui and the ocean. The condo is centrally located in South Maui and everything you might need is close by. We would highly recommend this property!

A royal stay

I would give this unit a ten if I could . Very clean and comfortable , better equipped than my own kitchen , amazing views with non stop whale action .The owner is very easy to work with and responds quickly to questions . Hope to stay here again .

Perfect. We had a wonderful 2 weeks. The Condo was just what we wanted. Very well maintained. Great view. Close to shops and eating places. Quiet except for the ocean waves. We found that very relaxing.

We loved our stay, The view was outstanding. There were only a few rolls of TP so could have been a few more for 4 adults, When I made the reservation I missed that there was no Air conditioning. I usually always want that. It worked out fine, there was a nice breeze.

Royal Mauian 616

This is the best location in Kihei for local shops and restaurants. The view from the lanai was spectacular. We also enjoyed the rooftop garden. Paul was a fantastic host, reaching out to confirm arrangements and to answer questions. Having 2 master suites was a bonus ensuring privacy when desired. For beachside activities there were tons of toys and equipment. .

Wow

Condo has everything you need to cook. Roof top get for sunset and grilling. Walk to beach. Great place to stay. No AC but most days there are trade winds. You can enjoy the sunset from the condo.

Comfortable condo in a great location!

We loved our time at this beautiful condo. We arrived the day of the fires and the host was concerned and willing to help out anyway he could. We appreciated that SO much! We still stayed and had a beautiful time. Our only complaint is there is no air conditioning during a hot time but the breeze helped by keeping the windows open. I still give this place a 5 star do to the accommodations and amazing care and service of the host. Would stay again!

Maui at its best

We spent 13 days in this wonderful condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. It has the best ocean/palm tree view you can imagine. The sunsets were breathtaking. Two beautiful beaches to the left and right from the complex and grass and rocks in front of the property. We spent lots of time watching the turtles from the balcony or seeing them up close while snorkeling. Paul was very helpful and we will definitely come again.

Perfect Maui Vacation

This was our third time staying at this unit of the Royal Mauian. Please see my past reviews for more details. Overall the Condo is excellent and is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It has been nicely upgraded and had everything we needed. The location of the complex is amazing with wonderful ocean views and a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Communication with the owner is always very prompt and helpful.
