A wonderful holiday

The House was clean, spacious and very well located. Our concierge, Blanca was wonderful. She greeted us at the house and welcomed us with fresh fruit and drinks. She came several times to check on cleaning and the house and gave us some great recommendations. It’s a slice of paradise !

Excellent vacation in Punta de Mita

We stayed with one other family here, 4 adults, 5 kids ages 2-8, there was plenty of space throughout the home as well as a very nice outdoor area to eat/swim/play. The property is located right on the Pacifico Par 5 leading to the ocean/beach on the south end of the peninsula. The area felt very safe(gated community), it's very close to town and is accessible by golf cart, which we had to rent separately, and the restaurants are very good both inside the gates as well as along the beach outside the gates. There is a grocery store close by outside the gates as well. There are 3 beach clubs you have access to with the property. We spent the majority of the time at Kupuri beach club, which was recently constructed and has beachside service for food/drink/water sports. The place comes with a house keeper who came between 10-2 daily. There are additional services you can arrange through your concierge such as a cook for breakfast/lunch, as well as childcare services, airport transportation, etc. If you have the time to shop out your own services, such as golf cart rental, you may get better pricing, but I was willing to pay a little extra to have it arranged through the concierge. One other benefit was being able to book golf on the Pacifico golf course through the concierge. It was a great course and worth the money. Would stay here again.

Great Spring Break with Family

This property was great for our family including 3 young children. Blanca is so kind and helped us set up reservations. We also went with her recommendation with having a chef cook for us the first night which was great!!! House was clean and the maid was so sweet and would stay all day!!! Location and beach club access was great! All together great stay!!

Beautiful home, excellent hospitality!

The home was beautiful and very well maintained! Great indoor/outdoor living spaces and plenty of room for our group of several kids and adults. We used the pool and outdoor space daily - it’s a great balance of luxurious but also comfortable. Comfy beds and daily housekeeping made for a lots of rest and no stress from the house (my kids were another story - ha!). Blanca was so kind and hospitable and made the planning a breeze. Included access to all PM beach clubs was great! Highly recommend this home.

Great house in beautiful Punta Mita

We just returned from 6 nights in this wonderful, private and spacious villa. There were 4 adults and 2 kids ages 7, 10 and we had plenty of room. When you get there you will see the house is more beautiful than you can see in the photos. It's very clean (literally cleaned all day, everyday around your schedule) and has a very comfortable indoor/outdoor living set up. The decor/style and art all works together well, yet nothing seems over the top. More like a home you can relax in instead of worry about the owner's artefacts. The beds (Four Seasons mattresses) were perfect at the end of our days spent at one of the three beach clubs that are included with this reservation. Kipuri Beach Club was our favorite for all day play in the softest sand, Pacifico Beach Club for sunset and La Fornata for sunrise. Blanca (concierge) took care of all of our requests. She arranged for us to have a new golf cart which we drove everywhere. She was helpful as we changed our minds many times about dinner reservations. And she checked in often to see if we needed anything. She knows the area well which is great for knowing the best tips to enjoy your stay. She also completely respects your privacy. There are many amenities and services we didn't use, but for a full-service trip Blanca can arrange to have groceries delivered, a cook for breakfast and lunch, and a chef with a staff for dinner. You can also have massages, haircuts and many-pedis at the house. Be sure to bring a good amount of cash with you for all of those services, the golf cart rental and cleaning and concierge tips since it is all cash-only. We had such a great time and great weather with hassle-free and comfortable accommodations that we plan to go back and stay at Villa La Magdalena in Punta Mita later this year.

excellent property

I went with my family of 8 adults and had a great time.....the house, with all its extras suited us perfectly. The location was very good for the beach clubs, tennis, and golf. Plan on some meals at the house because of the spacious backyard and pool which makes for a fun setting to eat some of your meals. The service, from the maid, cook, and Blanca did a superior job in taking care of the house and small details. We would go back to this house for a future trip. If you have not been to Punta Mita before, it is really protected and very clean.

Beautiful home, great location

First off, we had an absolutely amazing time. The house was beautiful and clean, Blanca was very helpful and Martha is an AMAZING cook! The home suited 8 adults comfortably and was in a great location within the guarded gates of the Four Seasons and St. Regis hotels. The home has comfortable bedding, toiletries, A/C, and we really liked the private bathrooms attached to each room. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of some unexpected costs that were associated with staying here. I've spoken to Blanca and suggested she prepare guests for the grocery shopping fee and expensive groceries. It was more than double what we expected and had to rush to get cash from the ATM before we left for the airport. I would recommend staying here but suggest that guests purchase their own groceries and have Martha cook what you bought. Punta Mita is such a gorgeous, special place and I can't wait to visit again!
