🧺 Laundry – Coin-operated washer and dryer are located on-site. You’ll need quarters, and detergent is not provided. For additional laundry needs, we recommend nearby washeteria services within a 5-minute drive.
🗑 Trash Pickup – Mondays. Please use your assigned black bin (HAZ 3 = Bin #3, HAZ 5 = Bin #5). Improper disposal may result in extra cleaning fees.
🚗 Parking – Each apartment has one assigned spot (HAZ 3 = Spot #3, HAZ 5 = Spot #5). Do not use other units’ spaces. Street parking is available, but please avoid blocking driveways.
🐾 Pets – Allowed with approval. Cleaning fees apply. Pets must be leashed in common areas and not left unattended. Unauthorized pets may incur double the cleaning fee.
🧽 Mid-Stay Cleanings – Required weekly for extended stays (7+ nights). Fee applies.
