Nestled in Newport, this beautiful old house offers 5 cozy bedrooms, including 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, and a third floor that offers space for a queen futon plus king air mattress. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and tubs, a large dining table for family meals, and plenty of space outside and on the third floor - it's the perfect house for families with young kids.
Guests can unwind on the porch or grill and lounge in the large backyard. Need more space for the kids the kids to run around? Walk over to the playground at Miantonomi Memorial Park and hike up to the old tower! Coffee, donuts, Awful Awfuls, and more are all within walking distance!
Take a quick drive or bike ride to beaches and downtown Newport. There's plenty to do locally and the house's location makes it easy to drive over to other islands and check out different neighborhoods.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We love that the house is close to downtown to allow us to walk home after ice cream, date nights and the ferries after Folk Fest, while still far away enough from the action to ensure a quiet night on the porch.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Like all old houses - this one has it's own personality from the original wood floors to the moulding on the door and banister.
We love that it's cozy while being big enough to host two families without feeling cramped.
