Nice home

I loved the home. It was nice and clean. However, the beds are hard, some may prefer hard beds but I don’t. Other than that it was great! Loved it!

We had a great family vacation. We had plenty of room and everything was super nice. Only thing I recommend is bringing more toilet paper abs trash bags.

Perfect house

The house was a hit! It accommodated 13 easily, with its 6 bedrooms and 6 baths. We never felt cramped in the kitchen, dining and living room area. Exactly as pictured and described. Lots of games and puzzles to keep everyone occupied. Plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, bowls, flatware, utensils, mixing bowls, and appliances. The 2 dishwashers were much appreciated and used. The ice maker was not functioning upon our arrival, we notified Jeeves the next day, service came out the following day. We were told it needed a filter, but it never got fixed. But, I was prepared, I always bring my own ice cube trays. The only other negative - all of the frying pans and most of the pots are in bad condition. The nonstick finish is badly scratched, and one was actually peeling off. Plenty of towels and pool towels. We all enjoyed the pool at the house as well as the resort amenities. Be advised that this house is across a busy main street from the resort pool, about a ten minute walk. There is a crosswalk, but only a flashing light. Many cars did not stop. If you are interested in the free transportation to the parks, be aware that it took us 1 hour and 45 minutes to get back to the resort from Seaworld. The bus stops at many other resorts and we were the next to the last stop. Overall, a fun and relaxing 10 day family vacation. Highly recommend the house, the resort pool, kiddie area and water slides.

Most Amazing Comfortable Luxury Stay

This home exceeded our expectations, the prompt responds and all the added touches were so appreciated. My daughter could not get enough of the themed Mickey Mouse room . Every thing was clean , well stocked , and such a " Wow" moment . The kitchen had everything appliance you could need or think of , the amenities of the Encore Resort had us so complete there was really no need to leave this palace. FINN'S FOOD WAS SO YUMMY , THE DRUNKS , WINGS AND ENTREES HAD SO MUCH FLAVOR. ANNA AND HER PARTNER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE US FEEL WELCOME AND TO ENSURE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. FROM DAY ONE TO THE END OF OUR TRIP. THIS IS A 10 STAR VACATION HOME THAT HAS TO BE VISITED IF EVER THERE WAR THE PERFECT VRBO THIS JS IT !! WE THANK YOU FOR THE BROCHURES for Disney and other ACTIVITIES around the area and just for being so hospitable.

Great Stay and Would back again

Great place. I would actually be interested in a purchase price of the location. Plenty of room, beds, bathrooms, and great to have the laundry room on the 2nd floor. They provide everything including soap and shampoo. Plenty of closet space too and bunch of board games. TV's all worked great and we were able to watch our own Netflix, etc.. Kitchen was big and so was the living rooms. We were able to fit our suburban in the garage too and plenty of driveaway space for others. Great pool area but pool was small but better than nothing. Wish they had a hot tub and a garage door opener would make it easier to leave the home. Check In could be a little better. We were giving the address that was not recognized by the front gate but we eventually got in through the speaker. The gate requires a keycard to enter so there is always a line of people without keycards to need to call in to get in the area. Waterpark was great and is the best I have seen except no hot tub there either. Great location close to Disney!!! Not too far from Universal.

Great Christmas Getaway

My family of 14 and I had an enjoyable experience! The owner was accessible, accommodating, and helpful. The home was beautiful and has more than enough cookware, utensils, and linen. I would definitely recommend this house for families that want to get away!

Great time!

We had a great time with our family and friends celebrating my husbands 40th birthday. House was as described in the pictures. Only issue I had was that the Mickey Mouse room (kids room) was downstairs away from the rest of the family who was upstairs. It’s a security issues since we had small children with us.

Very Clean-home away from home

Pros -Nicely decorated; felt like a home away from home. Has everything that your home would have in it. Cons- not 5 minutes from Disney Theme parks as advertised. Free shuttle to Disney theme parks do not allow riders with strollers (was not aware of that restriction until arrival). Overall wonderful accommodations. Excellent amenities (Encore), would definitely stay again and would recommend to other travelers.

Great Stay

Great stay. The house was spacious and very clean which is what I look for. The only complaint is that it did not have a hot tub. The resort amenities are great for kids and teens as there is a basketball court with in walking distance and splash pad. Then there's a larger pool area across the street with great slides. Everything that you can imagine is right there at the resort. There is really no need to leave.

Lovely, warm and loaded with extras!

There were loads of extras we were unaware of - for example, the clubhouse restaurant will deliver meals, has a shuttle service to clubhouse/water park from the properties, and provides shuttle service to all the parks for FREE! The kitchen had every appliance imaginable plus some. They had beach towels, as did the clubhouse, no need to pack. There is a great zip line and ropes course right around the corner - great fun. Grocery stores are nearby. They have grocery delivery services, in home chefs for 10 or more and the heated water park was a blast for kids. The pool/ water park was full meal and bar service, has an arcade, and rents bikes of all sizes even 4 seater car bikes with up from seats for 2 more little ones. This neighborhood and beautifully appointed home is a great place to vacation and just minutes from the parks.

Great for family fun!

Our family had the opportunity to stay at this brand new wonderful Encore Resort home. The home was the perfect size for our large family and Friends. All the adults in our group had their own bedroom with private bath and the kids had the bathroom right outside their bedroom. Everyone loved the pool! The kitchen was well equipped which made preparing meals a simple process. The older kids were able to make their own grilled cheeses/panini's on the george foreman. We used the new grill! That was a plus! The home was perfect for our Disney vacation. We were able to be in the parks within minutes of leaving the community. Encore amenities were amazing. The adults even had fun on the waterslides at their waterpark! This house is also, close to many restaurants and grocery stores which was also,convenient for our family's needs. I can't wait to go back and stay at this home. It was perfect.

Wonderful place!

Great house! All five upstairs bedrooms have their own private bath. In addition, the laundry room is upstairs, with full size washer and dryer. The downstairs bedroom is perfect for kids sleeping up to four people. The family/dining area is huge with a very large table for family meals. The kitchen has state of the art appliances. Finally there is nothing better in Florida then your own private pool! I highly recommend this house for large groups.

Beautiful house

Our experience was so great! Having tvs in all the rooms worked well! I love how the kitchen was supplied with all of the things we needed to cook with! I felt like I was at home! Thank you for providing my family and I with this great experience!
