This Northridge home has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms equipped with quality supplies, appliances and everything you will need to feel yourself comfortable here.
All spaces have central A/C and heating, high speed Wi-Fi, blinds/blackout curtains on windows.
All bedrooms have comfortable memory foam mattresses and linens, spacious wardrobes with hangers.
- 1 st Bedroom has a Queen size bed, two nightstands, closet and a private bathroom
- 2 nd Bedroom has a King size bed, two nightstands and closet
- 3rd Bedroom has two Twin size beds, a desk with chair and closet
- The 2nd Bathroom located in a hallway close to all rooms
Living room has a comfortable sofa and love seat, Smart TV 55" inches, spacious dinning room for 6 people connected to backyard.
Smart TV description:
LG Smart TV 55 inch with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Apple TV, HBO Max.
No Cable TV.
Kitchen has appliances, bunch of utensils and dishes, tea, coffee, spices and more.
Outdoor space: Fenced private gate around the house, 1 table with 6 seats with umbrella, 1 table with 2 seats, 2 sun lounge chairs with umbrella.
Pool: Oversized pool (No Fence around the pool), so children must be supervised at all times during backyard activities.
Parking: Private Driveway for 2-3 cars
Smoking: Smoking is allowed in a backyard. No kind of smoking/vaping are allowed inside of the house.
Not for usage:
- Garage (it's closed)
- There is an attached studio to the main house (white door inside veranda with separate entrance) that is long term occupied. The tenant does not use a backyard or any amenities.
