Modern Boho Beach Retreat - Walk to the Beach! Indoor/Outdoor Pool!
Fall specials! Indoor pool! Itâs still warm with less crowds! Fall is the perfect time to visit! Specials are already running but ask us about weekday discounts for homeschool, first responders, and military!
Newly updated condo in prime location with numerous amenities to make your vacation a breeze. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, coffee, breakfast, ice cream, and more! Indoor pool and spa with a sauna available for those rainy or cold days and a large outdoor pool so you can enjoy the sunshine. Relax inside our spacious and stylish home with separate porches so everyone can enjoy their own space. Every space equipped with 65+ inch smart TV.
We have provided 8 beach chairs, a beach cart, and 8 beach/pool towels to allow for ease of travel. A coffee maker that uses K-cups as well as coffee grounds is located in the in-unit coffee bar. Each guest is provided with 2 luxurious bath towels. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to dine in with plenty of surrounding restaurants within walking and driving distance if you choose to dine out.
Within walking distance:
- Straw Market which includes Flip-Flops Bar and Grill, coffee, ice cream, pizza, beach shops, and a liquor store.
- Annie's Beach Bar, Windows Restaurant (Breakfast), and River City Cafe located beach front. These are accessible from the road or the beach
- Harry the Hats and Finn McCooles restaurants

- Barefoot Landing: restaurants, shopping, and entertainment
- Kroger and Walmart Neighborhood Market: for groceries
- Myrtle Waves Water Park

Please note stairs are required to access the property and there is no elevator on site.
There are 3 parking passes for cars to park on site. The HOA does monitor the parking lot so please hang these from your rear view upon arrival. Additionally, per the HOA, no motorcycles, golf carts, recreational vehicles, boats, ATVs, or trailers allowed. If you plan to park at the complex early prior to check in, please contact the host so accommodations regarding parking can be made.
The indoor pool and spa is open all year long, with the exception of any unforeseen maintenance. The outdoor pool is closed around November - April. The pools are open from 9 am to 10 pm.
In order to ensure there are no issues with pests, pests are sprayed the first Thursday of every month. These are non-toxic and organic material. It takes about 2 minutes. Access is required. Thank you for your understanding.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We chose this area because it is very quiet and feels nestled into it's own space while at the same time being close to everything and within walking distance to almost everything you could need for an enjoyable vacation.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The indoor space is very spacious and does not feel like you are in a condo with 3 porches to enjoy. The indoor pool is great when it is cold and warm, especially in the evenings. The beach is conveniently located within walking distance in which you will pass several food and beverage options. The location is wonderful and situated where North Myrtle meets central Myrtle.
