Welcome to your coastal escape on 145th Street! This fully renovated first-floor condo is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. With two bedrooms and tasteful finishes throughout, the space offers a relaxed, beachy feel with just the right touch of style.
The kitchen is well appointed for casual meals at home, and the open layout makes it easy to unwind after a day in the sun. Step outside to your own large private courtyard, complete with a hot tubâperfect for morning coffee or a peaceful evening soak. From the front of the building, youâll catch views of the historic Fenwick Island Lighthouse, a unique touch that reminds you youâre just steps from the charm of coastal living.
The condo is located in a quiet complex with a seasonal outdoor pool, and youâre just a short walk or bike ride from the beach and local dining. Itâs the perfect spot for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy everything North Ocean City and Fenwick have to offer.
To keep cleaning costs low, guests are asked to bring their own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $50 linen drop-off service, which includes sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please return linens in the provided bag at checkout.
