On the main floor, you’ll find a light-filled kitchen and dining area with a handcrafted island made from local oak. Step outside to a covered deck furnished with four classic log rocking chairs—an ideal place to sip your morning coffee as mist weaves through the mountains. A gas grill and outdoor fire pit invite evenings of grilling, storytelling, or marshmallow roasting beneath the stars. Upstairs, a cozy loft features twin bunk beds, ideal for children or extra guests. Both king-suite bedrooms include private en suite bathrooms, each with a clawfoot soaking tub and walk-in shower for a luxurious spa-like experience.

Be sure to catch a show at the historic Parkway Playhouse or visit the celebrated Penland School of Craft and its gallery. Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment.

We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
