Your luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom waterfront villa awaits! Spend a day at the beach, by the river, or relaxing in the heated pool with water views. We're located in the famous nautical community of RiverPoint, conveniently just 13 miles away from the charming white sands and restaurants of picturesque Anna Maria Island. RiverPoint is near the Braden and Manatee Rivers, and the house, surrounded by palm trees, sits along a saltwater canal.
The stunning backyard will become your favorite spot to relax, socialize, and soak up the sun! Enjoy sunsets on the screened Lanai patio overlooking the heated pool and waterfront.
Please take advantage of our professionally designed canal-front home's endless amenities that accommodate up to 8 guests. This spacious 2,500 sq. ft. home is perfect for large families, multigenerational groups, business travelers, couples, international tourists, sports tournaments, or anyone looking for a generous space to relax in style.
The gourmet kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring luxurious touches like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped cooking experience.
The kitchen includes an island with seating for 4 and a dining area for 8, seamlessly connecting with two living rooms with plenty of seating. Bring your credentials and plan a movie night on the 65-inch flat-screen Smart TV.
