Allt du behöver behöver är vid din dörr (bageri, stormarknad, apotek, trendiga butiker, affärer, barer, restauranger). Bussar och taxibilar på gatan och Bixi-station (cykeluthyrning i Montreal) på hörnet. Den berömda Bagel-butiken ligger bara en minut bort.

Lägenheten ligger också bara några steg till tunnelbanestationen Laurier, som tar dig till centrum eller i Gamla Montreal inom några minuter. Du kan också välja att gå till Mont-Royal-berget och parkera (7 minuter) eller besöka fots två trendiga stadsdelar: Plateau och Mile-End, eftersom du har rätt mellan dem. Perfect apartment for a women's weekend getaway

My childhood friends and I were having a reunion together in Montreal. This apartment was right in the middle of wonderful restaurants and shopping and was perfect for the four of us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place in a fantastic location

We loved staying here--a really nice, modern, clean and spacious apartment in an amazing neighborhood, close to loads of bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Previously, we've stayed downtown, and this was a million times better in terms of getting a sense of the "real" Montreal. Unlike some other places we've tried in the past, this really does sleep the number of people it promises, and comfortably (the mattresses are great!). If you have a car, definitely pay extra for the parking space; one less thing to worry about. The place was easy to find and the owners were quick to respond to any questions on concerns. If you're super sensitive to creaky floors, maybe this isn't 100% perfect for you, but such is the nature of older buildings anywhere, no matter the city, and for us, it added to the sense of coziness and distance from a more antiseptic hotel experience. It's an indoor place to use as home base for exploring: the "balcony" where you can grill looks into a shabby alley and the backs of other apartment buildings, but we didn't come to a big city with amazing food to grill or sit outside in the back, so it was a total non-issue for us. If it's within your budget and you want to be in a fun part of town, you should definitely have this place near the top of your list.

The apartment location is fantastic and within walking distance to excellent shops, restaurants. We found the apartment clean and stocked with the essentials necessary for a long weekend trip. The communication with the property manager was prompt and professional. All in all, a wonderful stay..

Great apartment in a nice neighborhood

The apartment worked perfectly for our group (3 couples). It was well stocked/supplied. The check-in process was super easy, and the property managers communicated very clearly about that as well as the parking options. We liked the neighborhood - good bars, restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance.

Family Reunion

We had a great stay. We were celebrating my 90 yr old mother’s birthday so were looking for a location where we could cook dinner and enjoy a quiet spot for our family to reconnect - it was perfect. It is a perfect spot for exploring all areas of the city.

Great Montreal visit

The apartment was really comfortable and clean. We opted for paying for parking and were delighted to have a spot right behind the apartment building. I would definitely recommend doing this if available. Loved having many really good restaurants nearby plus a wonderful boulangerie/patisserie right across the street. Dealing with Yann, our contact person, was easy and reliable. I would definitely return here if I head to Montreal again.

The apartment was just as beautiful as advertised and spotlessly clean as well as quiet. The kitchen was well appointed and the back deck was lovely for dinner or just to relax. The Mile end neighborhood is conveniently located near great restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Short stay in Mile End

Very nice experience with the flat which meets the best standards in terms of equipment, space and cleanliness. Neighbourghood in trendy Mile End is perfect with lots of places to go out and shop. Communication with the host was very smooth. We will definitely book again for our next visit in Montréal!

Great trip to Montreal

We enjoyed this apartment which was located right outside of downtown. It was very comfortable and we liked how walkable the neighborhood was as well. Eating at the Greasy Spoon was fun as well as grabbing some bagels and poutine right around the corner.

Idéal pour se ressourcer

Belles proportions des pièces agréablement distribuées. Literie très confortable. L'appartement est au 1er étage du bâtiment avec accès par un escalier intérieur (appréciable en hiver), assez raide il est vrai avec les bagages... L'accès par code est bien pratique lors des activités indépendantes des différents occupants. Bien envie de revenir pour profiter de la terrasse extérieure ! Le quartier est top et très belle découverte d'un restaurant gastronomique sur le trottoir d'en face (La Chronique, 2 chefs belges). A signaler juste un petit problème avec les poubelles dont le dépôt à l'extérieur est assez anarchique.
