It's a cool and welcoming space to relax with family and friends. The house is in a quiet family neighborhood in close proximity to the best of the valley. The house is a unique mid century home designed to be fun and relaxing. The back patio opens up to a newly refinished saltwater pool and spa to enjoy the days and a relaxing fire pit and BBQ to enjoy the nights.

We allow pets and don’t require any additional fees to have them with you. Just be aware that if any pet waste, paw prints or hair is found on the furniture or the grounds you will be charged an extra 500$ cleaning fee. Take your pets out for a walk to do their business and there’s a hose you can use to wash down the patio if they go outside.

We do not allow more than 6 guests overnight at our property at any time per city code.

Airbnb collects and holds the security deposit.

Optional pool heater (Optional) fees may apply in spring, fall, and winter months - $100 a day, unfortunately the cost of pool heating has gone up a lot.(That is on the low end of the actual cost to heat the pool).

Holidays or special events may be subject to a higher nightly rate and minimum stays.
