The backyard is shared only with the downstairs unit in the duplex offering a comfortable space to enjoy the outdoors. For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels. We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee
$20 per half hour late.
