Hitta Gathering House i ett sött område nära bergen på den lugna västsidan. Njut av en perfekt utsikt över Pikes Peak. Öppna den bakre grinden till öppet utrymme, stigar och en slädkulle. Centralt beläget och i närheten av natursköna Garden of the gudarna, Preikestolen, Ute Valley Park & USAFA. Njut av restauranger i närheten, en eld inomhus eller ute, en stor gård, glittrande lätt uteplats och eldstad. Nytt kök! Hemmet är bekväma, mysiga och varma. Perfekt för att samlas. Välkommen & ha kul!

INGEN KATTER & INGEN RÖKNING! (Vi är superallergiska.) Tack! Om du röker outback ska du också släcka alla cigarettstänger i eldstaden. Vi har en mycket TÖRR öppen plats bakom oss en del av året.

Platsen och vyn är en pärla. The Gathering House är ett hem på tre nivåer. 3 sovrum på övervåningen, 3 badrum, ett vardagsrum, familjerum, matsal, tvättstuga och ombyggt kök. Familjerummet har bekväma soffor, en TV, en konsol med spelsystem och brädspel också. Köket ska ha redskap och apparater du behöver, inklusive en kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, flasköppnare etc. Det stora sovrummet har en stor klädkammare, bifogat badkar och en vintage småbarnsäng. Du har också tillgång till garaget. Det finns en stor trädgård med stigar som börjar precis bakom huset. Det finns en park med lekutrustning bara fem minuters promenad bort på Delmonico. Detta hus ligger 10 minuter från Garden of the Gods, 10 minuter från USAFA, 10 minuter från Downtown, Old Colorado City är 10 minuter bort, och Manitou och Incline är 15-20. Så centralt beläget.

Du har tillgång till de tre översta våningarna, garage, främre och bakre trädgård och öppet utrymme. Du har inte tillgång till källaren. Vi kommer att ha källardörren låst av säkerhetsskäl eftersom alla hushållsverktyg inte är inbyggda. Du har tillgång till 1/2 av de två bilgaragen och garageportöppnaren. Vi kommer att få våra gamla Mercedes parkerade på vänster sida. Den körs för närvarande inte eller vi vill gärna erbjuda den till dig att använda. :)

Spring Break trip

We used this house as a base for our excursions into the mountains , USAFA, & Colorado Springs. The house was perfect for our mixed family of teens & adults. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak out of the rear windows!

The location was ideal - centrally located in a nice safe neighborhood - the owner/manager was in contact with us - we had a question that was answered promptly - the view from the back yard was wonderful!

Vacation stay

This property served our 7 member party well. The house was spacious. The view from the backyard was breathtaking. I didn’t do any cooking (I was on vacation) but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with what one would need. The air conditioner worked very well. It was located within a reasonable driving distance to many points of interest. We had a great time and would return if headed back to COS.

Perfect House for our Family Trip

This house was great for our family. We had two families meet together, and the house met our needs. The backyard was a big highlight for the kids (ages 13 to 2). The toddler bed and pack n play were perfect for our young kids. The location was great. We did run out of hot water in the master bedroom shower a couple of times, but we were competing with the other shower, so somerhing to note for big groups! Shelly was wonderful to communicate with, and she was helpful when we couldn't figure out the lockpad for the door. My son keeps asking to go back!

Colorado Springs Trip

We loved our stay at this property! The home was clean and in a great location to explore pike’s peak and garden of the gods. It had a beautiful view from the back yard and we loved the deck to relax on in the evenings.

2 night stay

This home was perfect for our family of 5. Our teenage boys all had a bed of their own and this is a big plus. Didn't stay long enough to take advantage of the beautiful kitchen or the fire pit in the backyard. The view from the backyard is awesome!! Would definitely rent again from Shelly if we are in the area.

Amazing Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our visit to CO Springs for our kid's spring break! The house and view of Pikes Peak was absolutely breathtaking - we cannot wait to return! The house was great for kids - the only issue I would say was the shower doors in the main bathroom did not want to close. Other than that we just used the bathroom in the hallway - which was fine. We visited Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, and Denver - we wanted to do more hikes but the weather was too cold on the last day (snow) so we hung around town! Thanks for allowing us to say in your wonderful home! The view is a complete treasure!

Home away from home

very cozy property with a view that was better than I remembered from the pictures. House was stocked with basic essentials and directions were clear. I do wish there was a better place for our trash, as the outside cans were full.

Incredible view, excellent manager

The backyard view and access to the rockrimmon open space was incredible. We saw mule deer, rabbits, owls, magpie, huge grass hoppers all in the back area. The property manager, Shelly was super easy to work with, and the house was clean and ready. Very pleased!

Beautiful view, perfect location, charming home

The Gathering House was perfect for our 7 family members for our sons Air Force graduation and wedding! Shelly was such a gracious hostess and responded immediately and met our every needs. The kitchen is beautifully updated and we cooked for all that gathered at the house. We even made s'mores, which Shelly had provided the ingredients for, over the fire pit in the backyard!

Beautiful home with beautiful views

The house was exactly as advertised! Amazing views! Everything you need is in the house from paper towels, dishes, toilet paper, cooking utensils, etc.... The home owners gave us complete privacy and were quick to respond to texts and emails. The house is close to restaurants, shopping, and all the “hot spots” such as Garden of Gods/pikes peak/etc. Something to consider is having your groceries delivered to the house (Safeway). We did that and it made it easy to prepare some meals at the house without wasting vacation time at a grocery store!

Fantastic View!

This property provided the perfect setting for our weekend in Colorado Springs. We had 6 people staying here for the weekend and it allowed us the space to have a sense of community that you just don't get in a hotel! Great location and you just can't beat the view from the backyard. If you are spending time in Colorado Springs the Gathering House is an excellent choice!

The perfect home for a family vacation

The Gathering House is a wonderful place to stay; plenty of room and all the amenities you could hope for. The location is fantastic with a great view to the west, and easy access to I-25 and all the attractions in the Colorado Springs area. Shopping, restaurants, and fuel are close by, also. Don’t be surprised if you walk out to find urban deer relaxing in the front yard. Shelly was always quick to reply to my questions.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We wanted a little slower pace than the Southern California pace that we grew up in. After a visit to Colorado Springs, we fell in love. It seemed the perfect balance for us. We sold our house in CA and bought this house sight unseen because of the view and location! It has been such a special place for our family. We love the quiet and wildlife that the open space bring. We love the proximity to everything and you couldn't ask for better neighbors. And we are happy to get to share it with you!
