Vacation 2025

Great location, beautiful view. 4:00 check in was actually 5:00. Accommodations were very clean. Furniture is very uncomfortable. Furniture on balcony is very nice; however, it is very uncomfortable and you cannot sit at it for any length of time.

Can’t beat the view!

This condo was great for our family of 3. The bed in the master was a bit uncomfortable, but the pull out in the main area was the most comfortable pullout I’ve ever stayed on. The view was amazing! Can’t be beat for the price.

Great Experience! Close to Everything

Brett Robinson Management made the check-in process seamless with emailed & texted links, check-in instructions, room entry code, and check out instructions. The location has Bahama Bob's right next door, ice cream & pizza right across the street, half mile walk to The Hangout. The room itself was nice, 9th floor, right at the elevators and had everything you'd expect in a VRBO condo. The bunk beds would be sufficient for two shorter guests, but not adults. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Phenix All Suites West

Everything was in great condition, the price was right, even the pull out bed in couch was ok. EXCEPT for one thing, the floors were dirty! You couldn’t really see the dirt, even though it was white tile, but my husband walked around for a few minutes and the bottom of his feet was black! And I wiped up some water that was spilled on the kitchen floor and the paper towel was black! Other than that, everything looked fairly new, and there were plenty of towels, and they were nice and thick!

Really clean and view of the beach is magnificent

My wife and I spent four (4) nights in this wonderful place and was amazed at the view and the hospitality this place afforded us. We expected slow elevators from the previous reports but found that was not the case, plenty fast for us. We will be going back and expect to stay there again. Thanks for a really GOOD time.
