Beautiful location with a fantastic view!!!! Our second-floor unit was clean and oh so comfortable! Beds were great! The location is super for walking on the boardwalk, the beach and into town. The elevator was appreciated. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. This beautiful property does not skimp on the “extras” and it really goes a long way. One small example is their generous complimentary coffee provisions. It was also nice to have the choice of keurig, coffee pot or tea kettle. The space is also impeccably decorated. The directions for important items like wifi and checkout are very clear.

First day was very rainy but the wonderful view of the ocean still made for a special day. Kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was comfortable.

Very nice condo with a great view and close to the beach. It was clean and had what you may need for a visit. As people over 70 we really enjoyed the elevator!

Great, clean place. Furniture was comfy, great view overlooking both the bond and the ocean. Saw 2 deer! Loved our own path to the beach and boardwalk. Well equipped. Could stay here for weeks and not be sad about it.

Wonderful beachfront condo, right in the middle of Long Beach. Close in, covered parking and an elevator make access easy. Views of kites flying, deer running and the sound of surf to entertain you.

This was a very nice property. The view was spectacular the house is well kept well organized and well stocked. The trail riding we came down to do was 3 blocks away and there was a really nice path out back that went right down to the beach.

The place is amazing. The view of the shore is picturesque, like something you would see in a romance film. You are close enough to open the windows at night and have the ocean waves rock you to sleep. The property is fully stocked with kitchen tools to cook with and the kitchen itself is large enough to be comfortable. The property even provided binoculars to take in the local flora and fauna.

Could use AC. Being a middle unit it was very warm even considering the cook temperatures the week we stayed. Most windows didn't have screens so you couldn't leave them open or risk lots of pests coming inside. Also didn't want to leave the window open in the room that faces the walkway for obvious reasons. This room got the hottest and where even a portable AC unit would have come in very handy. Multiple fans were in sight but barely made it bearable .

Nice view condo. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable overall. Easy access to the beach, the boardwalk, and downtown Long Beach. Only negative and it’s a small one, if there are people staying in the condo above you, you can hear their footsteps and definitely hear their toilet flush. Don’t hear talking, just the pitter patter of feet. But that wouldn’t stop me from renting again.

We loved this condo! Perfect location, clean, and updated. The kids upstairs were a little noise one night, but it didn’t last too long. A mama deer and her fawns would come by looking for food. It was sad that they came routinely because guests had thrown food out for them so often. They were cute to look at. We hope to come back again next year!

Mana Kai exceeded our expectations. After clearing up a slight confusion with the property manager for accessing the property, we entered the property and were very pleased. The property manager promptly called us back with the correct directions for entry, she was very helpful. The bedrooms are ample size and the view of the dunes and surf in the distance was very relaxing and even were blessed with a visit from a doe and her 2 fauns in the grassy area behind the complex. The kitchen was open and had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. Truly a great time.
