The space
Fresh and idyllic, classic, California ranch house. Nestled in Seaside, Oceanside's best neighborhood, you can walk our famous sidewalk streets straight to the beach or the hundreds of bars, restaurants & shops all within blocks.

This house gets an awesome ocean breeze and is gorgeously designed, it immediately brings peace to anyone who enters. You will feel differently here ;-)

Two spacious, pristinely decorated and organic bedrooms, meticulously designed for optimal sleep.

Two newly remodeled and well appointed bathrooms provide privacy for each bedroom.

There's nothing like salt-air, an ocean breeze, and lounging next to a large wood burning fireplace; bringing old world charm into this beautiful retreat.

Your private, fully fenced backyard, with a full daybed under the stars and outdoor dining area right off of the kitchen provide idyllic entertainment space. The landscaping feels like a Mediterranean Zen garden. Fee free to pick a few oranges from our delicious orange tree ;-).

Seaside is a classic California beach neighborhood nestled in Oceanside, one of our last preserved beach towns. It’s home to loads of restaurants, shops and bars, top surfing, epic whale watching, and proximal to any activity you can think of. Its special! It’s super wallkable..so much fun to wander and explore here.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the main house. If they rent the guest house, you will have access to that too.

The guest house has a separate and private entrance that.

You have a fully fenced, very private, backyard that is entirely separate. There is a large side yard that buffers the space between the private backyard and the shared ocean-view front yard!
Other things to note
Plenty of street parking right in front of the house. It’s never an issue.

Driveway is reserved for studio, unless otherwise negotiated.
