Dew Point retreat was a pleasure to stay at. Well appointed, most things and needs anticipated. Overall the best home we've stayed in in the area in over 5-6 trips. wonderful view of the ocean and sunset. Great Hot tub and solid BBQ. One maintienance item, some light bulbs were in need of replacement, not a big deal. We'll be back again.

What a great spot!! We loved the deck and hot tub, place was clean and spacious. And we just sat in front of that window and watched the ocean for hours. Family of seals in the cove were pleasant company! Host was a great communicator and very easy to work with. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

Incredible stay

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous home. The home is beautifully appointed with incredible views of the ocean. Amazing kitchen with everything you need for making great meals. We hope to stay again!

My friends and I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one was by far the best! The layout of the house was perfect for us and decorated beautifully and tastefully. The kitchen was also wonderful and fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and entertaining. The view of the ocean was endlessly captivating and we enjoyed the sunsets and watching seagulls and pelicans fly by. Harmon was an excellent host and made sure that we were settled in and comfortable! We will strongly consider returning to Dew Point Retreat in the future.

Stay here! It was wonderful. Relaxing and luxurious. Perfect for our family retreat after my daughter had a newborn. Great toilets,hot tub and robes!!

Our 7 night stay at Dew Point Retreat was amazing! There are incredible views from all the windows - waking up to the view from the master bedroom was breathtaking. The art throughout the home and outside was stunning. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen, again with the great views from the sink. Host Harman was very helpful throughout our stay. Looking forward to returning!

Amazing house and location

We had the most wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving holidays with our family. Everything from stacked kitchen with great appliances and modern bathrooms to great-smelling and comfortable beds (a rare find these days) worked perfectly to make our time at the house unforgettable. And the views!… we already miss the views. We will definitely try to rent this place again in the future!

Wonderful stay

This beautiful home overlooking the Pacific was such a comfortable first getaway for our family of 4. Spacious, updated and beautiful, it had everything we needed. Amazing home!

The four of us had an incredible time at Dew Point. The house is stunning, the views impeccable and the communication with the owners excellent. There are so many beautiful ful sitting areas and the nearby towns and coast are charming. The owners designed the home to perfection and even had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. We can’t wait to return!

Birthday weekend

My family and I stayed in this gorgeous house in Gualala. The view was breathtaking and the extra amenities were a fabulous perk. If you love to cook like I do, you will love the kitchen! Top notch appliances and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. This will definitely be on my list of houses to rent again.

June 2025 Gualala

Lovely home with a spectacular view. Check in and check out were smooth. The owner and property manager were regularly in touch to see if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend Dew Point.

Incredible stay and serene property

Our stay was really magical. The home is outfitted with everything you could possibly need - lots of towels and kitchen accessories. Everything was very comfortable, including the beds and the sofas -we especially appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There were cozy blankets in every room and the hot tub, looking out onto the cliffs and the ocean was relaxing and peaceful. It was also very easy to communicate with the owner and the house had a manual that made staying there very easy. Our family would love to be able to stay there again.

Beyond expectations!!

Just a magical home and a magical stay. So welcomed into this gorgeous property. The views are spectacular, the beds are comfy, there is a chef's kitchen... there is truly nothing to be desired in this property.
