Welcome to your perfect getaway! This spacious and thoughtfully designed home features two inviting living rooms—one private for quiet moments, and one that flows into the dining area, great for group gatherings.

The open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a cozy coffee nook, perfect for your morning brew or a relaxing afternoon break.

Enjoy three uniquely themed bedrooms, each offering a comfortable and personalized space. There are two full bathrooms—one with a bathtub for relaxing soaks, and the other with a modern shower setup.

Outside, unwind on the private patio overlooking a peaceful creek, ideal for morning coffee or evening wine with a view.

Our property also has a washer and dryer located in the laundry room- free of charge, 2 parking spaces in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property, and this home has Wi-Fi.

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• Please do not park your vehicle inside the garage.
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.

We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
