Entire 2BR brick home, short drive to ocean beaches, and less than a mile from healing Warm Mineral Springs Lake with year around 85F water.
Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, Central Air, WIFI, smart TVs, ceiling fans, firm hypoallergenic queen mattresses, very homey atmosphere makes this house the perfect get away home.
All linens are washed with fragrance free. Home does not use any perfumes or scent plugins. No carpets, cotton bedding, plenty of kitchen gadgets, and more.

Convenient location

This house is 5 minutes from Warm Mineral Springs and to all the new stores on 41 Tamiami Trail.

Needs upgrade

Furniture in living room was VERY poor quality and hard to sit on even for short periods. In addition the air quality was musty and created allergy issues for both people staying there.

Good place in a modest neighborhood

Clean, quiet, safe. Nice neighbors. This is not an upscale neighborhood, but it’s safe and affordable. Needs more light in kitchen. Kitchen missing a few items (measuring cups, a few other minor items)Beds comfortable. Laundry area a bit cramped but functional. Only one parking space. Very cute decor. Well-maintained. Overall excellent and enjoyable.

Great small house in North Port

The house is very cute, clean, and well stocked. Great communication with the owner. It is in a community near the warm mineral springs park but not on the water, which was not a problem. Neighborhood is OK, a mix of houses some better kept than others, but definitely safe and close to everything!

Sun and fun in North Port!

Very clean and comfortable bungalow in quiet residential area. Close to great shopping and restaurants and short drive to public pool. 20 minutes to beach. Lovely host and good value for the money.

Cute little bungalo in a relatively quiet community of similar houses. We made daily excursions to parks and beaches that were 10-30 mins away by car.

Safe, quite neighborhood

Nice, private backyard with table and four chairs. Beautiful next door neighbor garden. Don’t let first impression of neighborhood sway you. Stay was very peaceful and uneventful.

Spotless home, exceptional host, nice quiet neighborhood

The home is absolutely great, and the host is exceptional. The property is very cozy, well-maintained, immaculately clean, has all the amenities listed and even more. It felt like a home away from home! The neighborhood is very peaceful, quiet, safe, and close to everything. Indeed, this is a very nice home, good furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of seating. The host was always available and considerate, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She gave us useful advice on local dining, shopping, and beaches. She accommodated us on a last-minute notice - a special thanks for this! It was a genuine pleasure to stay at this property, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The value is great too. We will definitely rent this home again!
