Kom live La Bella Vie "det goda livet" på Lake Travis. Ett lakefront-gods som är helt perfekt för att vara värd för stora resor med flera familjer och specialevenemang. Hemmet har en expansiv huvudsaklig vardagsrum, matsal och kök med fri utsikt över Lake Travis och täckta balkonger. Matsalen sitter 12+ med extra sittplatser på uteplatsen. Huset sover 12, men rymmer ytterligare gäster på begäran. Alla fyra sovrummen har balkonger med utsikt över Lake Travis och tre av sovrummen har stora badrum med eget badrum.

Huset ligger på nästan ett tunnland mark som har den sällsynta kombinationen av försiktigt sluttande till den barnvänliga stranden OCH året runt tillgång till djupt vatten för de torra årstiderna. Absolutely beautiful views day and especially at night during this time of year.

Our family get together was so relaxed because there were lots of places to unwind and gather as a group! We enjoyed the nice big kitchen, the back deck and the game room. The view topped off the tranquil days.

Great location, great cleanliness and tons of room. Affordable price for the group we had stay and easy to check in. Gave lots of information about area with restaurants, golf courses, had nice amenities as well

Beautiful and relaxing!

We really liked this house, the view from the balcony, the location, the game room, and the very nice kitchen with upscale appliances. The house was open and spacious! We spent a lot of time on the huge balcony. It was so relaxing with a great view of the lake.

Fabulous fun time

We enjoyed our stay so much. My family relaxed, swam, cooked, took walks and fed the deer. It was perfect for a little getaway and the hosts were lovely as well. Rachel was kind to check in on us and helped me with a few questions I had. We will be back again!

Lake Travis Family Vacay

The house was just as beautiful and roomy as pictured. It fit our extended family perfectly. We loved being steps from the lake and having a boat dock to fish or swim off of. The game room was a big hit and we loved the deck with room to grill, eat or just hang out. Rachel was so easy to work with and answered any questions immediately. Will definitely plan to come back!

Fabulous family vacation

We were 100% satisfied! We loved all the extras that the were all through the house. Rachel and Joe answered all our questions and took care of anything we asked about. We would definitely come back if we ever return to Lake Travis.

Spring Break 2023

The house was exactly as pictured. Our teens loved having the game room for their own space to hang out. The Sonos system throughout the house and deck were awesome and super easy to use. The best feature was the boat lift which allowed us to keep our boat on the water so we could spend long days on the lake without trailering every night!

Beautiful home on lake Travis!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home on lake Travis!! The home is very beautiful and comfortable! It’s in a really good location and the park and boat ramp close by are a plus! The only Issue we had is online the picture of the driveway looks relatively flat but it is actually very very steep. We have a large boat so that was a little challenge. Other than that it was fantastic and we will be back!!

Relaxing Easter Family Week

Lakeland Villa was such a wonderful oasis for the four generations of our family, from my 94-year-old father to our 6 month old grandson. The views are breathtaking from almost every room. The house is well-appointed, with just about anything you would need in the kitchen. We loved the grill and smoker, and enjoyed the views from the deck or dining room table. The game room was so much fun air hockey, pool table and foosball, plus a huge TV. The owner, Rachel, was always prompt and helpful with any questions. We loved the dock and sat around the fire pit every evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Girls Weekend

12 of us girls stayed at this Lake Travis home for a reunion. We had an amazing time! The home is big enough for all. But the best part of the house is the amazing view. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking Lake Travis. We were also able to rent a boat that picked us up and dropped us off right at the dock. It is about an hour from the airport, so you have to make sure you rent cars if you are flying in from out of town. We did have a couple guests uber to the house and it was about 80 dollars one way.

Great Family Getaway

We rented this house for a family vacation with 8 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of room. The house was very clean and well stocked. The gradual walk down to the water was great for children. The large balcony had great views of the lake. The kids enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, and Foosball in the game room. We used the dock for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with the neighbor, but we found there to be plenty of room on our side. Having the boat lift for our boat was very nice. We tied jet skis to the side of the dock without any problems. The docks also had a nice ladder to accommodate swimmers. Rachel was great to work with. She answered several questions before our visit and almost always responded within an hour! You can tell this property is treated like a home, not a rental house. We will definitely return here again.

Wonderful views and outdoor settings, great home

Four couples from our family stayed here for a week in late October. Rachel was really great to work with, and the home is as nice as pictured. In particular, the back patio/deck was huge and covered, and we ate our meals at the large table every night we stayed in. The view is really good from this property, and it was lovely to sit and read on the sectional out there. Note that the pool is more like a really large hot tub, but it is a lap pool with a water stream on one end. For our purposes it worked great, and it has a nice structure covering it in case it's raining. Inside was great -- really comfortable beds and furniture. Huge and functional kitchen. If you're considering staying here and occassionally heading into Austin (which we did), just keep in mind that this is on the northern side of Lake Travis and there's no bridge to shorten the trip into town. It takes about an hour to get around the northeast side of the lake to downtown Austin. On the other hand, it was a nice location to access hill country and wineries on the west. Thanks, Rachel!

Incredible View!!! We would absolutely stay here again.

This home was just as described. The pictures really do not do the view justice. Just stunning! We thought we were going to miss having a pool but the lake was so clear that we spent all our time floating off the dock. We liked that it was little tucked back in the cove for safety. The kitchen is huge for a large family like ours. We loved that all the rooms had a view and access to patios. The garage playroom was fantastic and the kids loved it. There was even a small AC to keep it comfortable in very hot weather. Very nice touch! I would only ask that another refrigerator be available for large groups. There is one there but it locked for the owners. We also needed a crock pot and blow dryers in the bedrooms. Due to COVID we did all our own cooking and did not go out. We usually have those furnished in rentals but that is the only suggestion we have. Thanks for having us!

Absolutely Amazing

This was by far the cleanest property we’ve rented. Everything we could need or want was available, even things we’d never thought about! I had a couple questions before and upon arriving for our trip, and couldn’t have been happier with the quick and complete responses. They say they want you to feel at home, and they absolutely mean it!

Family vacation

I highly recommend this place it is a lovely home the veiw was amazing. My family fall in love with the place no one wanted to leave .the perfect get away. Will have to revisit in the summer next time around. Highly recommend two 👍up.

The Best!

Great House, great Host. Rachel is the amazing. The house is stocked to the gills with everything. Toys for the grandkids, cookware for all us chiefs. She has Fiestaware as plates! Amazing view, clean comfortable house. Deck was great for family. Stop looking at other properties and book this one. Will definitely stay again!
