Detta nyligen ombyggda enstaka radhus ligger nÀra Medical Center och mindre Àn 15 minuter till de flesta turistattraktioner, har 3 sovrum, 2 badrum pÄ ett stort antal 1400 kvadratmeter. Den Àr utformad för att sova bekvÀmt 8.

Sovrum # 1 har en king size-sÀng med ett master bad som innehÄller en dusch / jacuzzi och klÀdkammare, samt en 43 tums smart TV. Sovrum # 2 har ocksÄ en king size-sÀng. Sovrum # 3 har tvÄ fulla sÀngar och en smart TV. Dessa tvÄ sovrum delar ett badrum med dusch.

Radhuset har ett formellt matsal, ett fullt utrustat kök, ett vardagsrum med en 49 tums smart TV, tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, och till och med en privat inhÀgnad uteplats.

Komplexet Àr gated och har en bra vandringsled och en swimmingpool som Àr öppen Äret runt, förutom de första 2 veckorna i april. Poolen Àr inte konstgjort uppvÀrmd, sÄ det kan vara för kallt att anvÀnda under vintern. Ibland överraskar det snöfÄglarna. Vintertemperaturerna kan variera frÄn 20-80 grader! Det Àr bÀst att inte rÀkna med poolÄtkomst pÄ vintern.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was cozy and comfortable — a great place to relax. The beds were very comfortable, and we felt right at home. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and went out of their way to address any issues quickly and kindly. We appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for what we needed, the inside was nice, bedrooms were spacious, and it was centrally located in a cute community. The pool was great, and so was the patio in the back. Super nice place, and we will definitely stay there again!

Owners thought of everything!

This property was conveniently located to a local grocery store, various restaurants, coffee roaster, brewery, and quick access to major roads and highways. The property was clean and very inviting; the owners definitely put thought into the things that would make their guests' stay easier and comfortable! If we need a place in the area in the future, we would def stay here again!

Highly recommend!!

Safe neighborhood, very quiet, cannot hear anyone outside. Peaceful. I really liked that there was a gate. Easy to access the highway and everything was within 30 mins or less. Perfect spot!

Comfortable stay

We stayed in this roomy townhouse for 10 days. It was very well stocked, unlike others I've stayed at. All you need is food, and the HEB is super close. The beds, pillows and linens ensured a sound sleep. Thank you Ronny and David for a wonderful stay.

Great location, great house and great hosts

My family came from out of town and wanted to visit San Antonio. The house was easy to get to, check in was easy, house is beautiful and very clean. Great beds and layout. Sitting is a bit crowded for 6 people but we didn’t mind. The shower in the main bedroom was hard to open but host responded quickly and showed us the trick. Overall, highly recommend!

Hospital stay.

As we were in San Antonio for an organ transplant, this house was located near the hospital. It was in a very safe neighborhood and we never worried about coming in late. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay. We will be coming back for followup appointment and we hope this property will be available in the future. V
