Detta nyligen ombyggda enstaka radhus ligger nära Medical Center och mindre än 15 minuter till de flesta turistattraktioner, har 3 sovrum, 2 badrum på ett stort antal 1400 kvadratmeter. Den är utformad för att sova bekvämt 8.

Sovrum # 1 har en king size-säng med ett master bad som innehåller en dusch / jacuzzi och klädkammare, samt en 43 tums smart TV. Sovrum # 2 har också en king size-säng. Sovrum # 3 har två fulla sängar och en smart TV. Dessa två sovrum delar ett badrum med dusch.

Radhuset har ett formellt matsal, ett fullt utrustat kök, ett vardagsrum med en 49 tums smart TV, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och till och med en privat inhägnad uteplats.

Komplexet är gated och har en bra vandringsled och en swimmingpool som är öppen året runt, förutom de första 2 veckorna i april. Poolen är inte konstgjort uppvärmd, så det kan vara för kallt att använda under vintern. Ibland överraskar det snöfåglarna. Vintertemperaturerna kan variera från 20-80 grader! Det är bäst att inte räkna med poolåtkomst på vintern.

Denna enhet har 2 reserverade (avtäckta) parkeringsplatser precis framför townhouse., Plus gott om extra besökare parkeringsplatser i närheten.

Hospital stay.

As we were in San Antonio for an organ transplant, this house was located near the hospital. It was in a very safe neighborhood and we never worried about coming in late. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay. We will be coming back for followup appointment and we hope this property will be available in the future. V

Great location, great house and great hosts

My family came from out of town and wanted to visit San Antonio. The house was easy to get to, check in was easy, house is beautiful and very clean. Great beds and layout. Sitting is a bit crowded for 6 people but we didn’t mind. The shower in the main bedroom was hard to open but host responded quickly and showed us the trick. Overall, highly recommend!

OF ALL THINGS THAT WENT BAD, THIS WAS OUR OASIS!

Let me first state that ZERO went wrong with the property, service and rental with these incredible hosts! THEY were our beacon of light in the storm. VRBO FAILED US, OUR PREVIOUS HOST FAILED US, A SERIOUS TRAFFIC INCIDENT FAILED US...AND NOTHING could have been better with the rental We were professionally welcomed and VERY well received. Nearly everything was perfect. From amenities and available support items, to constant and kind comms, assuring our stay was like having a personal host, to San Antonio. Nit inly would I recommens a stay with this host, I will SOLEY insist upon using them ANYTIME I visit. A wonderful property that accounted for a family. And no one was limited in their joy. All spoke VERY hughly of the residence and ALSO wished the information, to be guests with them. MANY THANKS. I have far more to say...but the VRBO system is literally glitching while Im writing. Be very careful with whom and how you rent. VRBO will birden little to no accountability, no matter what they claim. They didnt back the guest,and they chose not to stand on our behalf while we all wit essed a problem with their own system. Dont let that change your desire to stay with these hosts. They willdo all they can, to make it better,if within their limits. our OASISour beacon of light

Definitely would use again

The house was very clean and beautiful. It definitely is an older home but was very nicely updated. The check in/out process could not have been easier. I will say the roads going around the house could use some work, but it was a very pleasant stay.

This property was in a gated community with designated numbered parking spots so we could park right in front of our townhouse and felt very safe. David was always very quick to respond to the few messages I had, and he even checked in on us via text partway through our stay. They have an informative binder and framed reminders around the house with helpful information (gate and pool info, wifi, etc.). Lots of basic house supplies available and a few first aid kits around the house as well. The pool is super close and wasn't busy when we went. Overall, this was a great house for my family to spend a long weekend!

Property not as described, little to no renovations and extremely dirty.

The house was extremely beat up on the inside, many patches in the walls, holes in the walls, etc. The house was very filthy. There was food on the backsplash and light switches in the kitchen and down the front of the refrigerator. There was dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling and ductwork from the air conditioning. All the trim work in the house was filthy with dust and dirt. We found a dead cockroach in one of the cabinets. The floors were not scrubbed. The tile in the bathroom was filthy.

Three Bedroom Townhome in San Antonio

Our family (5 adults & 1 infant) joined up for a visit to San Antonio and stayed at 4941 Arbor Ridge Drive. It is a 3/2 townhouse inside a gated complex about one mile from the 410 Loop on the Northwest side. Two bedrooms had king beds and the third had two queens. There was a dining room and family room for gathering as well as a small patio with a propane grill. The place was fully outfitted, clean, and hassle free. A great option for this size group.

Great Aquarium for Kids

Extremely clean and well stocked. Property in an older neighborhood but well kept. Pool should open around 15 April. Three bedrooms and two with King Beds. We had my daughter and her husband and twin 8 y/o who each had their own queen bed in the third bedroom. Aquarium is and HEB grocery store around the corner. Costco, Alamo and Zoo about 22 minutes. Owners were super responsive and helpful with planning of our trip

Texas golf trip

Two couples stayed here for an 18 day golf trip. The location was absolutely perfect for the golf courses and dinners on the Riverwalk afterwards. We had an issue right away, but we contacted the owners and it was addressed to our liking immediately. The place works perfectly for 2 couples.

Air Force family

Clean property in a gated community. Although we did not roam the local area we felt safe in the house (so I can’t really speak too much about the location or neighborhood). We stayed here for a graduation ceremony at Lackland Air Force Base (which is approximately 15 minutes away). Coming from NY it was great for us that they provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with bedding and towels. We would stay here again.

Perfect location

The house, the beds, etc were all great. No issues. We thought we ran outnof toilet paper, but by the time we found it, they'd already brought us some! Water pressure was good. We didn't use the backyard. We didn't cook. The towels are kind of scratchy, but otherwise good and we had plenty. The pool closed the day before we were leaving, and after being out all day in the heat, we were all looking forward to swimming in the evening. The girls were devastated. There are MULTIPLE places with repetitive notes, mainly about not taking makeup off with towels/washcloths. There was a load of sheets in the dryer from assuming previous renter or cleaners. We werent really.impressed with the owners..they made sure to send multiple messages with their names and phone numbers, however, response time on the first text was a full day later, and the 2nd time was almost an hour later. Wouldn’t say they were friendly. All in all, good stay, good neighborhood, everything labeled well, and rules were clear, and the beds were comfortable. Not sure if we'd stay in this same place again, but would consider.
