A wonderful place - super convenient to airport and downtown

My son and I came into town for the Final Four and could not have been happier with our accommodations. Carlos and Nancy are very gracious hosts and made sure all of our needs were met during our stay. Location is 10 minutes from airport and 10 minutes from all downtown attractions. San Antonio is a wonderful city and this is a perfect place to stay as you plan your visit. Thanks so much!

Cute Apartment

The owner was nice and check-out was easy. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and could use soft mattress toppers. The hall had a bit of a smell, as if there were previous pets that had accidents on the floor.

Safe and Sound

We stayed here with Carlos and Nancy for our Spring Break. The check in was easy, good communication before our arrival date and the area was nice. Quaint and beautiful home

The property is beautiful, peaceful and in a decent neighborhood. Tge owners are friendly and helpful. The house has it's own entrance and a balcony. Secure parking is available

Nice stay

We stayed here over the holidays, and found the apartment to be very nice and it had a great homey vibe. Carlos and Nancy are very friendly, and great hosts, who are available should you have any questions or need recommendations to make the most of your stay. The access to attractions is excellent, and it feels like everything is just a short 10 min drive away. The city is great during the holidays, so if you visit during that time, make sure to get out and enjoy the festivities. But make sure to be home at midnight on New Years to enjoy the neighborhood fireworks! They were amazing.

Great place for Lackland AFB graduation!

Nancy and Carlos were so responsive when we requested an extra day at the beginning of our trip, after booking. Nancy was there to greet us when we arrived and provided very helpful information on the property. We were so pleasantly surprised to find some fresh pastries and snacks, along with bottled water upon arrival. The place was larger than expected, impeccably clean, beds were so comfortable and the living room space was comfortable and welcoming. It was a great location to attend my nephews Air Force BMT graduation, and close to the airport and downtown SA. We would highly recommend this rental and will surely book again if/when back in the area!

Splendid apartment

A delightful apartment with parking and its own entrance about 15 minutes from downtown, The furnishings and appliances are first-rate; we enjoyed morning coffee on the outdoor balcony. Nancy and Carlos are terrific.

Centrally located

The host were very helpful and friendly. Nancy greeted us upon arrival and explained the check in process and also shared valuable information on great places to visit in the city. They were very thoughtful and had pastries and snacks waiting for us. The ac could have been cooler in my room, to me it felt like a fan, therefore I was hot. We did have a great time and would love to come back!

Nice apartment - very convenient location

Perfect San Antonio Getaway Home

Visited San Antonio as we desired to see the downtown and bicycle ride the many miles of bike/hike trails within the city. Mulberry Tower is situated perfectly for both. It was a short 1-mile ride through the very light traffic on these neighborhood roads to reach the beginning of the bike trails.

Peaceful Experience

The place was charming, quaint and clean. My only suggestion would be to have more stability in the shower to prevent people from falling and hurting themselves the way I did.

Nancy and I have been retired for 10 years. Transplants from Los Angeles, CA and love Texas. We're very active in the San Antonio area serving many within the San Antonio greater community. Giving to others in need is very rewarding. We're big sports fans and go to many events. So, when staying here, ask us what's happening.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We bought this place because of its unique Spanish Colonial architecture despite it's rundown condition. The upstairs outdoor patio in the Tower caught my eye especially.

We invested significantly in its restoration to perhaps it's original beauty back in 1928 when it was built. I hope you love the results as we do.
