The place was great, and it was very close to the beach. The only item I would improve is that the stairs going down to the street level in the front could use a little work. We had to be very careful with our toddler to make sure she didn't fall.

This was our first time visiting Folly Beach and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Walking distance to restaurants/downtown, the pier and the beach. The property was everything we had hoped it would. First rate! We would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the heart of Folly Beach.
