Close to the beach, grocery and restaurants. Perfect for our family and our dog. Would definitely come back to this spot!

Great cozy beach bungalow on Folly close to everything! My husband, myself and our dog Bella and grown daughter stayed here for 3 nights a few days ago. Another great rental- great communication from hosts, easy check in/out! The home was represented well-no surprises! Comfy beds, storage and full kitchen if needed. We enjoyed the screen porch and outdoor area as well as our golden retriever in the fully fenced in yard -so great for dog owners! 5 minute walk to beach, Berts and our favorite restaurants! We look forward to our next visit!

Great location. Fantastic porch and fenced yard. The house however needs some tlc. Smelled terrible like several cats had been staying in the rental. Doors, floors and surfaces were gritty and dirty. We called the property management and they were very kind and said someone would come out and clean and that they would let us know when they were coming. To our knowledge someone may have came and plugged in an air freshener but nothing else was addressed. We also never heard anything back from the management. We cleaned ourselves and bought some incense at the local market and made the most of our stay.

Great location. House as described

The house is comfortable, clean, two blocks from the main street. Two blocks from the beach has a lovely outdoor area. A nice screened in porch and is very convenient.

Ready to book our next stay!

We absolutely loved everything about this property! The location was perfect; close to both Center Street and the beach. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. For every future vacation to Folly, this property will be our first choice! Thank you Carolina One Vacation Rentals! Everyone through this company was kind and accommodating! We look forward to our next trip!

Property was managed so well by Carolina One and we felt not only were they flexible with us when they could be (early check in with two senior dogs) but responsive when the code stopped working. They handled the cleaning and set up of the property and it was extremely clean. We loved the location (although it should be noted it is in a very active spot on a corner with lots of walking and driving traffic ). Since it was winter and windows were closed we could not hear any noise at night, but I can't say how it would be in the summer. The screened in porch was great and we used it daily. It was great being diagonal from Chio Feo for relaxed live music in the evening, and the proximity to Bert's was wonderful for morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The only thing that differed from photos and listing was in the winter the landscaping is sparse, and with loose dirt and dust, which means if you have dogs or children it can be and a challenge not to bring dirt into the house. But that was minor overall, and pavers and paths were helpful. As was the outside shower for sand.We LOVED the fenced in yard, the provided waste bags for convenience and that it was dog friendly for our pups. Folly is in general a welcoming community and we loved our time here.

Unfortunately, when we were there is was very noisy as there was some type of road or sewer construction across the street. The home is also a block away from a noisy bar that had loud music until at least 11:00 pm.The home layout is a bit strange, with a "main" bedroom that has a tub and then a toilet in the room, the toilet has a partial wall in front of it that made it difficult to use. The room with the king bed did not have an ensuite bathroom at all.Enclosed porch was nice to have.
