Welcome to Marisol #301, a bright and breezy 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo perched on the third floor of the tranquil Marisol beachfront complex on South Padre Island.
With peaceful Gulf-facing views and plenty of space for families or groups, this inviting coastal getaway offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and classic beach charm!
Step inside and enjoy a spacious open layout where the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow togetherâideal for gathering after a day in the sun. Large windows let in natural light and offer peeks of the ocean, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for effortless meals, snacks, and drinks throughout your stay.
The master bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed and a calming atmosphere, while the second bedroom also includes a queen for additional comfort. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, offering two twin beds to round out sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests.
Step out onto your private balcony and take in refreshing sea breezes and views toward the sparkling Gulf of Mexicoâperfect for sipping morning coffee or unwinding with a sunset toast. You're just a short walk to the beach, and the community pool and grill area make it easy to enjoy even more time outdoors.

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
