Welcome to Marisol #201, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the second floor of the Marisol beachfront complex on South Padre Island. With gorgeous Gulf views, direct beach access, and accommodations for up to 6 guests, this well-equipped retreat is perfect for family vacations or group getaways by the sea.
Inside, you'll find a bright and inviting open floor plan that brings together the living room, dining area, and kitchenâcreating a relaxed space for sharing meals, conversations, and quality time. Large windows invite in plenty of natural light and offer views toward the shimmering coastline. The fully stocked kitchen features everything you need to cook at home, from cookware to dishes and utensils.
The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, and the second bedroom also includes a king bedâideal for multiple couples or adults traveling together. The third bedroom has two twin beds, making it perfect for kids or additional guests.
Step outside to your private balcony and breathe in the salty sea air or head straight down to the beachfrontâjust steps away. When you're not enjoying the sand and surf, relax by the community pool (including a kiddie pool that can be heated), or gather around the outdoor grill area for a cookout with family and friends.
