Such a nice, quiet place…great location.

The property was just as described. The location is perfect for the Clearwater/Largo area, it’s close to everything. The property owner Tammy was great and stayed in constant communication with us to insure that our stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful vacation staying here. It’s not to far from the beach and the owner is super sweet and easy to get a hold of. The place felt very welcoming and there was enough room for everyone. Highly recommend!

Wonderfully appointed house close to everything!

Tammy takes pride in her house, and it shows. Everything was perfect and the little touches throughout really made for a comfortable stay! Everything is first class and well thought out. Perfect spot for a getaway or for business!

Enjoyed the stay

House was as advertised. Lots of amenities and just about anything you need. Had a great time and convenient location. One recommendation would be to have an outside clothes line to dry suits/towels if that is allowed in the neighborhood. Thx for making our vacation pleasant.

A home away from home

We absolutely adored staying at this home. The home is very comfortable, clean, and airy and it had everything that we needed to enjoy our vacations and more. It was indeed a home away from home. Tammy is a fantastic host, available any time for questions. The location is fantastic, within minutes to food, retail, and entertaining. We will come again.

Great facility and location!

This place was the best we've stayed in over the past few years of vacationing. We were just a little over 10 minutes to the beach, and the restaurants nearby were numerous and very good. A Publix is just a mile down the main drag, and has a liquor store attached to it. We did some cooking, and I had every single thing I needed from pots, pans to knives and other utensils. My wife and I recommend this place!

Six week stay February into March

Tammy has a very comfortable home that is clean, very well stocked, and located conveniently to any shopping or site seeing interests. It is also apparent that the home has been updated with improvements and appliances. We were also pleased with her immediate replies to any of our questions. We look forward to staying at this home again.

Got to see two games and the location was better than we expected. Didn't have to rush to get to games and same leaving. So convenient. Found two local restaurants nearby that were excellent. House had all the necessities. Very comfortable.

Just as described ... host even ordered up perfect weather.

I am always skeptical when I read property descriptions and view property photos. This property lived up to its billing and more (host even ordered up ideal weather). We rented here for the safe cycling opportunities and a dog-friendly area ... we were not disappointed. Many bike paths going every direction so we rode nearly every day. A really lovely rental and we hope to visit again next year.

Awesome for families

The property was exactly as described. Plenty of space for us with 4 kids. Everything you could think of was already there. Perfectly clean and all of the amenities were updated. We absolutely loved our stay! Tammy contacted us before we even thought to reach out to her. She was responsive to everything we needed and just fantastic leaving a list of activities for kids. This was just a great experience!

Amenities are great!

Had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Beach towels, chairs, cooler even ice packs for the cooler. All kitchen appliances and dishes even spices. The back screened in porch was amazing for those rainy times and to eat breakfast outside. Was about a 20 minute drive or Uber to Clearwater beach which fine for us. Used the bikes that were there and went on the bike trail that is down the road. Quick ride to the baseball stadium too. Great place. Thanks for the stay.

Amazing!

Property is as listed. We loved the back screened in porch. The bicycles were nice and could get to a playground! Baseball field is within walking distance to check out spring training games! It was a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with spices, pans, and everything else! No complaints!! Thanks for having us!

Family visit

This house was great for visiting with my family. We all live in different parts of the country. We had the opportunity to play games and socialize which can’t be done at a hotel. The owner was wonderful. She was very responsive while I was considering the property and for anything we needed while we were there. Although we like to go out to for dinner, the one day we had a bbq, everything we needed came with the house. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes, and appliances needed for any type of entertainment. This was my first time using VRBO, and I’ll likely never go back to a hotel. I’ll probably stay there for my trips to Florida.

Beautiful convenient home

We really enjoyed our stay. The place looks as good as the pictures. The location was perfect to get to the beaches and into Tampa right across the nearby bridge. Walked to Chick- Fil-A a block away, also really enjoyed the Smokey Bones BBQ joint with the late hours and full bar up the street. For some meals we stayed in and cooked. The kitchen well appointed with everything we needed, even used the blender for some frozen beverages. The bathrooms were stocked quite well, in case we forgot something at home. We got there super late and check in was so simple with the keypad door lock. Tammy was great and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Next time we will use the grill and bikes.

Beautiful and comfortable home, close to everything

We had a great time last week at this property with our daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Tammy (the owner, who is super responsive and helpful) made sure we were well taken care of, including getting us a crib and high chair for the little one. The house has plenty of room, is nicely decorated, and you can tell she really thought of everything to make staying away from home easier. I really appreciated even the small details, like a full stock of coffee pods, and small flashlights on the nightstand. The screened in porch is nice too, enjoyed early mornings with my coffee outside just after the sunrise. There are lots of stores close by, including a Publix, which is great when traveling with family. It's a fairly short drive to Clearwater Beach, in addition to other great attractions near St Pete. Love this place, would definitely stay again !

Beautifully Updated House

This house is a great place to stay. It has everything you need. There is space, the decor is very nice and updated. It’s in a good location in Clearwater and close to lots of shops, restaurants etc. the beds are very comfortable. The owner is only a text away and responds very quickly. The owner made sure you have everything you need. Good floor plan. Plenty of space in the fridge in the house and another one outside if need be. Quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms have large walk in closets and are spacious. I would definitely stay here again. They do allow pets for a small fee which was great. The beach is only a 15 minute drive away. I would definitely recommend this place as a nice place for your family to stay in Clearwater.

Hi there I'm Tammy. A Tampa Bay native. I live just outside the area in a country setting with the love of my life and some horses. My standards are high so you should expect a quality atmosphere and enjoyable experience.

Location Location Location! This place is so convenient to what our area has to offer. Any restaurant you would want is within a stone's throw from this home. You could walk or bike there because it's so close but you would appreciate having a vehicle for your stay. The beaches are a straight shot down the road, and the bridge to Tampa Airport is super close. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, tucked just a couple blocks from shopping, restaurants, baseball etc. Several grandfather oak trees offer welcome relief from the warm Florida sun and this house has a screen room to relax in and soak up the gulf breezes.

This home has an open feel so the family can gather around the kitchen bar top and enjoy those in the living room, kitchen and dining areas. Lots of natural light enters the home and the color palette is calm and relaxing. Easy care laminate floors make this place a breeze to clean.
