Welcome to our beautiful five-bedroom, three-bathroom mountain home nestled at the base of Tahoe Palisades in Alpine Meadows, California. With 2,800 square feet (260 m²) of living space, our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and is perfect for families or groups seeking a peaceful yet adventure-filled getaway—whether in summer or winter.

The Space
Our thoughtfully designed retreat features five bedrooms plus a study. Sleeping arrangements include:
• Two king beds
• One queen bed
• Two rooms with two twin beds each (one of which can be converted into a king)

The home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay:
• A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops
• Spacious living areas

• Media/game room with pool table

In winter, enjoy world-class skiing, snowboarding, or sledding just minutes away at Tahoe Palisades (formerly Squaw Valley). In summer, the adventure continues with hiking, biking, and rafting right out your back door. Our family loves it here all year and we think you will too.

Please Note: The home is built into the mountainside and includes a main entry staircase and three short interior stairways. Guests should be comfortable with stairs.

Alpine Meadows is a peaceful alpine valley just minutes from both the Alpine and Palisades bases of the Tahoe Palisades Resort. You'll be:

The area is home to both full-time residents and vacation homes, offering a quiet escape with easy access to adventure. ​In warmer months, hike to Five Lakes right from the house or explore nearby trails like the Tahoe Rim Trail and Pacific Crest Trail. On hot afternoons, head to Tahoe City to enjoy the beach, live music, family-friendly parks, or a leisurely float down the Truckee River—ending at the River Ranch Inn for a meal with a view.

Back at home, kids can safely roam, sled, or play in the forest behind the house. In spring and summer, hours fly by exploring the creek or soaking up the mountain sunshine.
