Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was very clean, comfortable beds, amazing views, very quiet, great price. Responsive staff. Our keurig wasn’t working and staff brought a new one within minutes. Lots of convenient parking. Loved the chair service! Very easy check in and out process. The only downside I would say is that there isn’t really anything in the area that is walkable (restaurants, shops, etc.)

We love the Nautilus!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been coming to the Nautilus since 2002 when my parents brought me as a teen in junior high. I’m now married with 3 kids and have come back multiple times including our honeymoon. Now we have come full circle and my oldest is in junior high and asks to come back to the Nautilus every year. You can’t beat the location or rates. We have already booked for next year. See you next year!

Great time

The condo was very cozy, clean, and perfect for our family. The added amenities were fantastic. Communication was amazing and very quick. We had a door code issue and text about the problem and within a minute I got a response with a fix. Great stay and would love to come back!

Nautilus, Ft Walton was a great stay

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for our recent vacation. The views and short walk down to the beach were more than ideal. This unit is far from luxury, but we were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful and communicative.

The Beach was Beautiful

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just ok. The door lock just looked a little sketchy. Our unit needs a little bathroom plumbing updating. The bedrooms were super nice. We had an issue with our lock and maintenance came fast! We met a family that had been coming for 30 years so everyone has their own opinion. It was just ok and we probably won't stay there again.
