Fantastisk utsikt över Mexikanska golfen från denna 2 sovrum 2 badrum lägenhet, som rymmer upp till 8 personer. Beläget i det vackra bostadsrätten Nautilus, på sjätte våningen, kommer du att njuta av den breda balkongen med fantastisk utsikt. Vänligen inte att Nautilus-komplexet ligger direkt på stranden, men lägenheten är det inte. Ändå kommer du att ha fantastisk utsikt över Mexikanska golfen och stranden på grund av hur den byggdes och balkongens vinkel. Dessa lägenheter har ett fullt utrustat kök, och alla linne och badlakan ingår. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten.
Sängar är King i Master, en drottning och 2 våningssängar i det andra sovrummet. Bäddsoffa med mycket bekväm drottningsmadrass rymmer 2 till.
Stranden är bara en snabb hissresa ner och cirka 100 fot strandpromenad. Strandservice ingår från 1 mars till 30 oktober (2 stolar och ett paraply) och ytterligare solstolar och parasoller, liksom strandleksaker och boogiebrädor tillhandahålls för din bekvämlighet i lägenheten.

Det finns också en vacker pool för din avkoppling eller på de dagar då havet är lite för stormigt. Det finns många aktiviteter att göra på Okaloosa Island: Goofy Golf, Cykling, kanot, kajak, paddleboard och Pontoon. En äventyr rep kurs. Gulfarium där du kan titta på en delfinshow eller till och med simma med delfinerna (minst ålder 8 år). Boardwalk är ett centrum för aktiviteter med massor av restauranger och butiker, volleybollnät på stranden, en drakbutik och massor av picknickområden. Också en varm plats på natten med olika barer och matställen. Okaloosa Island pir hyr dig fiskeutrustning eller så kan du bara ta en promenad längs den och titta på de andra fiska! Destin och Fort Walton Beach ligger båda bara några minuter bort. Du kan hyra en charterbåt i Destin för djuphavsfiske. Vattenparken Big Kahunas är en barndröm. Massor och mycket shopping i Destin. Många bra restauranger i Fort Walton, Destin, men också på ön där du bor. All denna information och många fler förslag kommer att ges till dig i husmanualen. We loved it

We had a quick long weekend getaway with our girls before school starts. Everything was perfect and easy. I was worried about the view of the beach from the angle but it was fine. The pool is smaller than other places we have stayed, but it was never over crowded. We were there on a weekend in July so peak season. We would definitely book here again.

Cute Condo

We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and exactly as listed. The condo is off of a side street so the traffic is a lot better than some of the other areas. Beach access was easy and the chairs on the beach included were a plus! The host didn’t mention the closet full of beach goodies so that was an added bonus to have those chairs and beach toys if you have littles! Overall great stay!

Amazing property just as described

Our trip was incredible! Booking was a breeze, and communication was great. Host checked to make sure we made it safely and sent over all check in/check out info ahead of time. Some rentals require you to do a ton of work before leaving, which can be stressful, but that was not the case with this property. Some features I especially appreciated in this property were the blackout curtains and window treatments, laundry soap available, extra rolls of toilet paper, proximity to the beach(such an easy walk down), quiet complex, beach service(umbrellas and chairs daily), lots of towels and toiletries provided(it was really nice not having to pack beach towels), comfortable beds, beach view…. The list goes on! When we were looking for properties, we were worried the beach view would be disappointing since the property is not technically beachfront. We thought it was perfect, though! We woke up daily to the beautiful ocean view that we drove so far to see. The entire rental experience was seamless, which is what you want!

Wonderful stay

This condo provided our family with a peaceful, relaxing stay. We loved the view, the proximity to the beach, and the location on Okaloosa Island was great! Josee was prompt to respond to a minor problem we had. Check in and check out was simple. We were happy we chose this spot!

Birthday trip

We came for a week for my daughters sweet 16th and my sons 13th. We haven’t been to the beach in years and we took my mom as well, well kept and well stocked condo. Good quick communication. Exactly what we needed as far as access to local amenities.

amazing

this unit was everything described in the listing. The best location. The beach was very close and if you tired of the sand the pool was on the way back to your room. All the restaurants nearby were amazing. The unit was stocked for everything we needed including beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, and beach towels. We will for sure return in the future!!!!

Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We loved the location! Exterior had a very cool art deco vibe and 2 minute walk to the beach with beautiful views from the balcony. Walking distance to the pier was awesome!! 5 minute drive over crab island to the Destin Boardwalk. We’ll come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was very clean, stocked very well, the owner was a great help. Located right on the ocean. Wonderful view from the balcony. We saw the Wednesday night fireworks from the balcony. We definitely will come back here again!! Totally recommend this unit!!

Absolutely Beautiful!!!

We had a beautiful stay. The condo was in a perfect location and it had everything we needed, including a crib for my daughter. The owner was very responsive and the beach was easily accessible, with our chairs and umbrella waiting for us when we got there. We would definitely stay again in the future.

10/10 would stay again!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 child). The location is super convenient to both shopping and eating. We were visiting for a BJJ tournament being held at the convention center. As former locals, we knew we would need to be close so as to avoid typical spring traffic. This condo was the perfect location for us and only took us 4 minutes to get to the convention center that morning. We spent our evenings relaxing on the balcony, listening to the waves roll in and enjoying the ocean breeze. In typical teen fashion, one left a few items behind and Josee was beyond helpful in getting these back to us! She quickly let us know that the cleaner found the items and gave us options on getting them back to us. From booking to returning the items, Josee was excellent on communication! I would highly recommend this condo! I would definitely stay here again if it's available for our future trips!

This was an ABSOLUTELY perfect getaway! The owner was prompt and had EVERYTHING you could possibly think of that you may need! We felt very welcomed and the property was very clean and right next to everything. The view of the beach was perfect as well! We will DEFINTELY be coming back and using this condo!

Perfection!

This condo is perfect! It was so clean and beautiful. It is well stocked with everything from laundry soap, softener sheets to shampoo/conditioner, body wash and make up wipes. She thought of everything. The view is beautiful and the building is quiet. We will definitely be staying here when we come back.

You will love this condo, which features an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico, quick access to the beach, modern kitchen and appliances. All linens, shampoos, soaps, laundry soaps provided.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

You are right at the beach. Just a quick ride down the elevator and you're there! Beach chairs (2) and umbrella provided. Our beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world, white as can be, wide and not too crowded. The Gulf waters are warm from April until the end of November. There is also a nice pool for stormy days. Plenty of activities around and No traffic!!! Grocery store 2 miles away, and Tom Thumb right next door for quick restocking.
