Denna 7: e våningen enhet, vid hörnet av byggnaden, har ett omslag däck där du kan njuta av 270-graders utsikt över Mexikanska golfen, Santa Rosa Sound, Brooks Bridge, marinor och mer. De 2 sovrummen och baden ligger på motsatta sidor av kök och vardagsrum, vilket ger upphov till privatliv för par eller barnfamiljer. Vardagsrummet och köket har utsikt över viken, och sovrummet, på hörnet av byggnaden, med king size-säng och fönster från golv till tak, har samma fantastiska panoramautsikt som däck. Det stora 2: a sovrummet har en queen size-säng och ett skrivbord. Den vardagsrum / matsal har en drottning bäddsoffa, en loveseat och ett matbord med 4 stolar. Det rymliga köket är mycket större än det typiska condo köket. Båda sovrummen har stora garderober med full längd spegeldörrar. Mästerbad har hans och hennes sänkor. Faciliteterna inkluderar fullt utrustat, uppdaterat kök med apparater i rostfritt stål, 3 HDTV, DVD-spelare, gratis trådlöst internet, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, våt bar och takfläktar. Decent place

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a decent place to stay. I thought it was clean and had all the essentials. They place is cheaply made. Very thin doors, the facets in the shower are loose, feels like you can break things easily on accident. Too many mirrors everywhere if you have small children running around.

February in Ft Walton Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nautilus Condo. The room was exactly as advertised and the view of the beach and surrounding area was excellent! The balcony faces SE and has great sun in the morning. The SE balcony also protects against the strong winds that blew most of the time, (we stayed for the month of Feb.) The water heater broke down the first night we arrived and the staff had it replaced right away.

Vacation

This condo fit all of our needs. The only recommendation I would have is blinds and curtains to be added to the larger bedroom. The blinds do nothing as far as keeping light out or keeping it cool. It was the warmest room in the condo.

Amazing Location

The office staff was amazing and recommended great places to eat - other than the touristy places. The pool was nice - sometimes a little crowded, but the bathrooms were also very clean. 2711 has an ice maker that produced enough ice for our daily yeti cooler on the beach. The beds were hard, which I would recommend replacing, but other than that it was a wonderful vacation! Will definitely be back.

This is the first year we used this condo, we normally use a different condo building. 1st of all the ONLY reason we used it was because they wouldn’t refund us our money because my daughter was In the PICU with RSV hooked up to oxygen for 5 days. The condo was dirty, the beds were hard, the location was mediocre at best. They were very misleading about the location of the condo on VRBO. But the heated pool was a plus. We won’t be back.

Disappointing

THe condo smelled very musty especially when we walked in. The master bedroom has two sliding doors and one faces the main street. The traffic noise is very loud especially for sleeping. There were numerous white patched areas on the walls. There was a slat missing on the vertical blinds in the bedroom so there was not complete privacy. The sliding doors were very difficult to open, seems they have never been cleaned. There were 3 roaches around and a dirty sock under the bed. The beds were not comfortable especially the queen. And there is nothing in walking distance. You need a mod of transportation for everything from eating to shopping. Very disappointed and would not recommend this condo.

Beach Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was on the seventh floor of the complex. The condo was very cleaned and well-maintained. The staff at the condo was very nice and quick to respond to questions. The only downside to the condo was theOne of the 2 elevators, which happened to be next to our room, was not working. So there was only one elevator in the entire complex. This resulted in long waits. This would not have been so bad if we would not have been on the top floor.

Less than satisfied

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family just stayed for one night, so I think I may be extra disappointed in what we got for the price (cleaning and processing fees would have been less per night if we stayed longer). It was well stocked and overall, surfaces seemed to be cleaned well, but the couches were stained and there was a leftover smell that lingered in the whole place and it was even in the blankets. The balcony had a nice view, staff was very helpful and nice, great access to the beach, but the smell ruined the experience for me. I was thankful to have a quiet place to sleep, but we have paid much less and gotten far more comfortable and cleaner accommodations at the beach.

Reviewer Comments: The whole experience was great, the nautilus building and grounds, the condo, the beach, beach service, proximity to attractions, the whole thing. Immediately after booking we were contacted by nautilus with answers to questions we had that we hadn't asked yet and hadn't thought to ask. Leading up to our arrival we received helpful information about what to do once we arive. The lady working that day was very pleasant and helpful. Our 7th floor room had a wonderful view, both of the bay and the gulf. The condo was well stocked. The kitchen had everything you need to cook like at home (not things like butter or milk, of course). Everything was great. Highly recommend and will return.

Great Place in Destin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and nice, with a view of thw Gulf. Well-stocked kitchen, nice GE appliances, good A/C. The condo did have some wear and tear (towel rack in the bathroom was on the floor, one balcony chair had a small rip in the fabric). That didn't prevent us from having a fantastic time or enjoying the condo. Loved the 'left behind' stash where we could borrow extra beach chairs and floats. Beach service was available even before check-in time! Staff was super nice, always available and helpful. I will definitely stay hear again!
