Beautiful 2nd floor unit in the middle of Boulder! Bright, open floor plan features hardwood floors, newly remodeled kitchen, beautiful furnishings and deck with amazing mountain views. Other amenities include a covered parking space, all year round indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, community center, exercise facility. Enjoy everything Boulder has to offer with the perfect location close to bus lines, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, Boulder's amazing bike path system and Pearl Street!

Laundry: There are 2 laundry rooms in the building. 1 is directly below the second bedroom and the other is located at the other end of the building.
MAIL: You are welcome/should be able to receive packages such as doordash, amazon, same day delivery services, ect to the front door. However, you will not be able to receive paper mail to the units designated mailbox as all mail is being forwarded to the owner and unfortunately some mail delivery services do not look at the name, just the address. Please set up a P.O. Box if you are needing mail or important documents sent to you.
