First and foremost, this is an incredible property and I highly recommend it—despite a frustrating experience with the property manager. The condo itself is excellent: clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed. We stayed as a family of four (two adults, one elementary-aged child, and one middle schooler), and it was perfect. Kudos to the owners for creating such a welcoming space.Unfortunately, the property management (Brett/Robinson, referred to here as BR) fell short. We were told check-in instructions would be sent the day of arrival, but we never received them. After multiple attempts to reach BR, we still had no access information. Thankfully, a kind front desk staff member helped us—otherwise, we would have been without a place to stay. BR followed up the next day, which was disappointing given the situation. Had the front desk attendant not helped us, I'm curious where BR expected us to sleep? In our car? I also requested a 1–2 hour late check-out and received no response. If it’s not possible, that’s fine—but communication matters. Don't just ghost us. Tell us no. Lastly, be aware: BR provides extras like paper towels and toiletries, but no additional toilet paper—just what’s left on the roll. The front desk can’t provide more either. Not a dealbreaker, but helpful to know in advance.Overall, a fantastic condo with poor communication from management. The owners deserve five stars. BR deserves zero.

Wonderful and Beautiful

Beautiful views, very clean, great staff and amenities. I wish the condo would have been traditional beach theme but realize that would get old to the owners.. lol.. the only thing I would change or add is a small step stool, I am short and the bed is tall and had to climb in but it was worth it. Would love to stay again.

Family Vacation 2014

This condo was fantastic. Very well equipped, has anything you could want. Beds were very comfortable and everything was in very good condition. It helped make our family vacation one to remember.

Absolutely Amazing Condo! - The very best interior finishes and design features anywhere!

My wife and I needed a vacation and went on VRBO at the last minute looking for a nice unit to rent in Orange Beach. We stumbled upon this unit because of the amazing photos of the finishes inside. We booked it immediately because we were lucky enough for it to be available. When we arrived and walked in, we were amazed at how beautiful it was. We have been coming down here for 20+ years and this is the very nicest unit we have ever stayed in. We love this building, the amenities and the area. Trust me....this unit is the best of the best and you will not be disappointed in any way! We will rent it every year from now on if we can get it !
