We’ll be following up with our lawn care team to understand why the backyard patch was not maintained, as this should have been addressed prior to your stay. Regarding the beach access, unfortunately the strata made the decision, just as we contacted you, that short-term rental guests would no longer be allowed at the private beach. We understand how disappointing this was, especially since it was a key reason for booking, and we regret the timing of that change. We also appreciate your notes on the toilet paper holder and smoke detector. Your input helps us improve, and we’ll ensure these issues are addressed.

This was a brand-new property to us at the time, and the owner was still in the process of organizing lawn care, which unfortunately was not ready ahead of your visit.
