The place was great, wish could adjust the A/C but everything else was excellent and really loved having the bidet toilets. Definitely recommend this property and the host is very helpful.

Edmund was great to work with. We came in on an unseasonably hot day and he got us more fans immediately. The house is beautiful just as described. We had a great time.

Great place - accurate description. A little snag with parking and garbage pick up (said 8-11a and showed up at 6:30a) and one of the days they were doing some road work. Not the owners issue at all and just a "thing" Enjoyed our stay and thank you for creating a nice space to use as HQ for a birthday party in Pacifica and tourist sites for new Bay Area visitors.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we would highly recommend to family and friends. Great neighborhood, convenient hike (Sign Hill) next to us, great parking, amazing amenities, clean and cozy. Edmund is a great host, friendly, responsive and helpful. This place is definitely a hidden gem in the area!

Such a fun spot to stay for our family vaca to San Fran! Short drive into the city. Picked this place because it had two full bathrooms! Our kids were obsessed with the bidet toilets. There’s a fun trail to hike up and look over South San Francisco. The place is charming, clean, and tech friendly. Edmund was quick to respond with any and all questions and concerns. 10/10 would stay again!

The photos of this listing looked great, but in person it looked even more amazing. It was very well stocked with everything that we needed and more. The place is well decorated and luxurious. From the window shades that turn into black out shades, automatic flushing toilets, electric fireplace and more. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay at this gorgeous home. Not only is the house beautiful, but it is also well equipped, nicely furnished, and overall has everything you need. We were fascinated at how clean the whole house was. Our host, Edmund, was very attentive and fast at communicating. I would 100% recommend staying at this property.

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely book this home again! The house was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy feel that made it easy to settle in right away. It is located on a quiet, safe street, and the driveway parking was a huge plus.As a traveling family, the layout worked perfectly for us. Our kids loved the bunk beds and were very comfortable throughout our stay. Having two nice bathrooms was also a game changer for a family on the go and made mornings much easier.The location was fantastic. We used it as our home base while exploring San Francisco, Sonoma, Santa Cruz, and several nearby attractions and amusement parks. Everything was easy to get to, and one of the biggest perks was being only about 10 minutes from SFO. That made our early morning flight incredibly convenient and took a lot of the stress out of travel day.Edmund was a wonderful host, friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, this was a great experience, and we highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Bay Area. We would happily stay here again!

We loved our first stay in the Bay Area. Our host was super responsive and we appreciated all the attention to details provided in the home including a welcome kit, ample kitchen utensils, and great instructions for how to use everything. Our family will definitely make this our bay area home away from home when we return.

I doubt rentals get much better than this. This home is unbelievably taken care of in the best possible way. Edmund is a very responsive owner and staying here was a true pleasure. One recommendation is that I would ask guests to take off their shoes at the entry way. As much as you’ve invested taking care of the home, even if half of the guests follow the suggestion, it will keep the place looking better for longer. Just a thought. Regardless, the home is amazing and I will be highly recommending to anyone that I know visiting San Francisco to stay here if they can. And my family for sure will stay here again if we return.
